Welcome to Grammy’s House! This is a one bedroom apartment, with recent updates, is located near Downtown and all major city hotspots. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. In this multi unit home, built in 1900, you will find modern updates alongside classic Pittsburgh charm. You will be minutes away from downtown, sporting arenas, and entertainment venues.

-It is possible to walk to various locations including PPG Paints Arena, Downtown, and The Strip District. However, many choose to use ride share apps due to the naturally hilly nature of Pittsburgh.

PPG Arena- 4 minute drive
PNC Park- 7 minute drive
Heinz Field- 7 minute drive
Strip District- 7 minute drive
Market Square- 6 minute drive
University of Pittsburgh- 6 minute drive
Duquesne University- 3 minute drive
This apartment does have four exterior steps to enter the building with a single side hand rail on the right side when going up. There are an additional two full flights of steps with a single side handrail on the right side when going up.

This neighborhood is quiet and residential! It allows you to be close to the excitement of the city but enjoy the quiet offered by a suburb at night. This apartment is minutes from PPG Paints Arena, Duquesne University, and all Downtown hotspots. There is amazing dining nearby including our favorites; Gaucho Parrillia Argentina and The Speckled Egg.
