This brand-new home offers sleek, updated, and light-filled living quarters for you and your favorite people! Adorned with all of the little luxuries you love to have while on vacation, appreciate the home's vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, spacious rooms, and woodland surroundings.

As soon as you step inside, you'll take notice of the expansive living room's gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and ample windows. The chef of your group will adore the full kitchen's Samsung gas range, updated appliances, farmhouse sink, and wooden countertops. Once your mealtime masterpieces have been whipped up, continue to enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace while gathered around the dining table. Additionally, on the main floor of the home, you'll be pleased to find a separate washer/dryer and a sunroom.

The bedrooms are equally peaceful with their high-quality linens, well-appointed furnishings, and central air-conditioning. When you aren't lounging in bed, stream your favorite shows in the loft family room, equipped with a kitchenette - perfect for storing your favorite beverages. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, Netflix streaming, ceiling fans, baby gate, an electric kettle, a Keurig, and a blender.

Outside, enjoy the serene sounds of the wilderness while barbecuing on the gas grill. Additional exterior perks include a 6 person picnic table for dining al fresco, and a clamming station. When you want to get out and explore the area, head mere minutes away to the beach, or to Westport Light State Park.

The home's air conditioning can only be set at 67 degrees or above.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
