We take anything related to guest safety very seriously, and this property has been professionally evaluated by licensed structural engineers. The home has been inspected, and there are no findings indicating that it is unsafe or at risk of structural failure. As we discussed with you many times after your stay, when you brought this concern to our attention and asked for compensation, the area you’re referencing has been thoroughly reviewed by licensed engineers as safe and the home remains approved for occupancy. We would never host guests in a property that we believed posed a safety risk. We do appreciate you bringing up the temperature issue on the lower level- that’s something we can continue to monitor and improve for future guests. Wishing you happier travels in the future.
