Our stunning 4-level villa offers breathtaking beach views, all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, dedicated daily cleaning and front desk service, a private security guard, and options to have your private chef.
The property is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and within a 7-minute walk from shops, minimarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars.
On the first level, the villa includes a serene garden area with a pool, chaise lounges, and outdoor tables for sunbathing and dining.
On the second level are two elegant ensuite bedrooms with a connecting terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool.
The third level features four stylish ensuite bedrooms, each opening to private terraces with beach and city views. The fourth level offers four more luxurious ensuite bedrooms with breathtaking views to the beach.
At the top of the villa, a spacious rooftop terrace can accommodate up to 80 guests, making it ideal for events and celebrations, or simply for enjoying panoramic views of the beach and cityscape.
