A very nice property in the country, well kept, comfortable, clean and lots of wildlife. Air conditioning was on, yard was clean, a welcoming note from owner and a treat. Kitchen was well stocked, rooms were clean, a very welcoming home.If in this area again we would check availability.

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s house. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable as were the two living areas. We so appreciate that we were able to bring our 12 year old Goldendoodle, this is a home that appreciates how special our pets are to us! The house was clean and welcoming. The location was a quiet location but close to Watkins Glen, wineries, The Farm Sanctuary, and great hiking.

Very clean and comfortable. Location is great because lots of land and no intrusive neighbors. Hosts might be the best of any place we’ve stayed- no long list of rules and cameras everywhere. This makes you feel very welcome. Also very well stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we visit the finger lakes.

The property is in an ideal location— quick access to the main roads, minutes from Watkins Glen, several wineries, and some fabulous state parks. Yet the house and grounds feel private and secluded, and wonderfully quiet.The home is clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals in-house. There is a Keurig coffeemaker that brews both pods and a drip carafe. Pods are supplied as well as filters for the drip; bring your own ground coffee for the drip (and your own creamer if you use it). The master bed is quite comfortable. The living room has plenty of comfy places to chill while you stream your favorite shows on the huge smart tv. Be sure to peek outside from time to time to spot the critters that visit the grounds (marmots, deer, lots of bunnies)Our host, Tina, was so courteous and quick to respond to any questions we had. She made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again if we revisit the area.

Fourth of July get away

Quiet, convenient location

Close to Watkins Glen and many great places on Senaca Lake. Great yard for dog to run and play.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions. Only change I would suggest is a little area to store cloths instead of living out of suitcase. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and was awesome we could bring out dog with us. The location was great quiet and not far from town and all it's amenities. We liked the fire pit and the leader for the dog outside ready to go. We would definitely stay again. Thank you
