Great location for visiting the Watkins Glen area. Loved the room for the dogs to run outside and loved the two spacious bedrooms in the house.

The place is great. Very quiet. Yard is huge. As you explore the property, you will see it is well thought out. The host(s) took time to think of the little things. I wish it was available longer. Great experience.

We had a great time. The deck was lovely. So close to town and yet felt remote. Always a plus for us. The house was spotless. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Would go back. Thanks for making this available to us.

If you're looking for a quiet relaxing property, this is the place for you. About the only thing you'll see is deer, wild turkey and rabbits. Deck and firepit are fantastic way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We had a hard time checking in, but I do believe it was more about the app. I messaged Cate, and we were inside within minutes. The place was clean and super cute. I wish it was a clearer night, because the stars must be beautiful there.

The hosts were very attentive. Easy to communicate with. The house was clean and had everything you need. Location is private and peaceful. Cate was so helpful and the bottle of wine was a nice touch! I highly recommend!

Our stay was overall fine. The mattress in the one room was awful and the bedrooms were significantly warmer than the main living area. The “oven” was not usable to actually cook dinner. It was a microwave with a convection setting.

We had a little trouble getting the door code to work but Cate was soooo responsive that it really didn’t delay us much. They have thought of everything- you really don’t need to bring anything with you except clothes (they even have laundry detergent) and food. (And maybe hair conditioner). It was truly a perfect get-away for us. We will definitely be back (hopefully when less cloudy since I suspect the night sky would be amazing). The oven (convection) was a little small but I was able to roast vegetables in it. They had all the kitchen appliances/ cookware needed. The internet is a little slow but that was fine with me. I try to unplug on vacation. It’s a short 8-10 minute drive to Montour Falls or Watkins Glen. I would have loved to use the grill/ deck but it was too cold/ windy/ rainy. But definitely will be back! We did get to make a fire the first night and make S’mores. We bought firewood on the way in but they had firewood there! Like I said, they’ve thought of everything. One of the best places I’ve stayed in a VRBO ever! Cosy, clean, great amenities.

We were extremely comfortable in this beautiful home. The setting is so tranquil. You feel very close to the Earth. The sounds of nature is around you. The home was very comfortable and clean everything you need. Is there at your fingertip's. We will definitely keep this location in mind for any future trips and recommend this to others as well.
