Beautiful ocean views from this condo on the 14th floor of South Hampton, located in Kingston Resort. This condo has been renovated with new living room furniture, flooring, and TVs. It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps). This unit can be combined with a lockout (3690963) to make a 2 Bedroom condo.



***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.

Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***



The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

This condo was perfect! Wonderful view, great pool, literally just a few steps to the beach. The condo is in a wonderful area with places to walk and lots of restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Second time staying at this unit and enjoyed just as much as the first. Room is clean and as described. Kitchen has what you need to cook if you choose to stay in for dinner. Property amenities are great. Views from the balcony are perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Recommend staying here for anyone interested.

Wife and I and a great experience at South Hampton 1403! The communication with our host was excellent. She responded promptly with any questions we had prior to our arrival as well as during our week's stay. The unit was described accurately and we had no issues during our time there. The location is great which offered convenient access to both MB and NMB. We will definitely consider this location again.

Great condo!

This condo was amazing; we have stayed at South Hampton for several years and this was one of the nicest condos yet.We loved how it was decorated and the beach vibe. We will definitely stay here again and mark it as a favorite one.

A Little R & R

It was a wonderful stay. Even though we were there during Hurricane Helene we had no problems and felt very safe. The unit was perfect! Decorated beautifully and very, very clean.

Nice views inside & out

The living area was clean and nicely decorated. Two balconies provided ocean & sunrise views. The pools were clean. You could easily fit a playpen or bassinet in bedroom if traveling with baby or toddler.

Excellent!!

We were so pleased at the cleanliness particularly of this condo. Can't think of a time or place where we've been that the unit was so clean! Furnishings were light and current and had a calming effect. Bed was comfortable and linens fresh. The view from just sitting on the couch was perfect. If we could make one suggestion, only, it would be to add a K-cup type coffee maker. A great unit that we would certainly book again!!

This unit had everything I like when I go to the beach it was clean, it was cool, it had Wi-Fi, and it had a great view. Communication with Chanda was exceptional. We will stay here again.

South Hampton Towers has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a condo.
