This 1 Br / 1 BA villa is located in St James Park inside Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no steps. The bedroom has a King bed. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area with decorative fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).



Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.



Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.



Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. St James Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful community. Parking near the beach pool was Great, short walk out to the beach from there. Very close to all the major attractions at Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Kroger and Gym are a short drive away.

Great Beach Vacation

Nice condo, very comfortable although the living room is small. Would be great if they had an ice maker. Bed was very comfortable. We love Kingston Plantation.

Nice location

Great location. There was a walking trail to beach and embassy suites( where our friends were staying). Walked to pier and nearby restaurants. We recommended this property.

Enjoyed our stay at St James villa.

Accommodations pleasant. Very clean and maintained. Owner provided all necessities Location in proximity to beach 15 mins by foot. Car Port parking very convenient.

Great stay

I stayed at the property for a week while I attended a training conference. The condo was clean and quiet. The communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely stay at the condo if I was returning to the area.

My husband and I have stayed in this unit before and we love it. The location is very beautiful and peaceful. We love everything about our stay however the bed and couch and living room chair have seen better days.

For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
