This Stunning home with its own private entrance will be yours. In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Bedrooms:

The well appointed Primary Suite features a gas fire place and luxurious En Suite. En Suite features massive walk-in shower with dual shower heads. 65 In TV, California King Bed, sleeper sofa, 2 single rollaway beds, wireless charging station and access to the balcony surrounded by gorgeous mountain and city view. Private En Suite modern accommodations include dual vanities, stand alone soaking tub with large window showcasing Stunning Mountain Views as the backdrop, walk in shower with dual shower heads and large custom walk-in closet.

Main Living area features open living/dining layout perfect for entertaining. There are also 2 sleeper sofas in our main living area

Inviting elements include indoor and outdoor quiet sitting areas sequestered throughout the property, and two gas fireplaces, one in the living area and one in the primary suite.

Enjoy 5 Smart TV's throughout the home including a 65in TV in the living room with surround sound. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate up to 9 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

There is complete privacy. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, city lights at night and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous!

Backyard:
The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy stunning mountain views as you relax in the pool or spa, at one of the several seating areas.

This Desert Oasis is conveniently located in the Catalina Foothills and is just minutes from Sabino Canyon. It it perfectly situated for hiking, biking and hitting the trails. Just minutes from shopping and dining. Just a short 10 min drive away, find La Encantada Mall, AJ's fine foods, Flemings Steak House, Firebirds, Vivace, North Italia and Blanco Tacos and Tequila. There are also several High End Resorts, golf courses and hiking trails just minutes from the property.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking and/or Vaping

6) No pets

7) Guests do not have access to garage

8) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to 85 degree temperature. Spa may be heated independent of the pool for $50 per day.

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

Guests can access the property via keyless door code to be provided the day of checkin

We are in town and happy to be available if needed

Beautifully landscape neighborhood with lots of hills and perfect views of the mountains. Family friendly, large homes, with private driveways and desert landscaping.

While the neighborhood is amazing and beautiful to walk, especially in the mornings and late evenings, we recommend having a vehicle to get around to most parts of Tucson. Uber and very active in Tucson

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property
-There is a camera at the front door (door bell camera)
-There is an exterior camera in backyard.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
