Great place to stay

Overall the home is very nice. Pool and hot tub are great. The resort is very nice. Highway noise would be my only complaint as the highway is right behind the house.

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was amazing! Our family had a total of 11 people and this home had more than enough room for all of us. Our adult “kids” loved the games in the garage and the theater room. Outside area and the pool was beautiful and refreshing. House was clean. Host was very attentive to questions prior to arriving and even reached out on our 2nd day to make sure all was well. A couple of the other reviews mentioned the noise from the highway right behind the neighborhood. You could not hear any of it while you were inside and while outside it was just background noise. Didn’t bother us at all!!Cannot wait to stay here on our next trip to Florida!!

Great house - fabulous condition responsive host

This was a great property for a group of 10, could of easily fit another family of four if the kids could sleep together. If you are planning a group trip to Disney this is a great choice of accommodation- so much space and double fridge, double dishwasher, plenty of towels for swimming and showers. Comfortable beds and higher end bedding which made the difference for me. The kids were always busy in the games room or the cinema room. I had lots of questions and the host was really patient and fabulous at answering them before arrival and was very responsive whilst I was staying. The house has a very effective door alarm to the swimming pool for young children, we were close to the parks and close to the shops, and we had a great place to relax when we weren’t Disney-ing. I’d definitely stay here again, a great mix of adult decor and keeping the magic alive for the kids……hot tub was gorgeous after long days of being on your feet or barreling down water slides!

Good Family Stay – Some Room for Improvement

We had a good 14-day stay at this house with our big family — there were 16 of us. The house itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had great facilities for both kids and adults. However, it could definitely have been a bit cleaner — the carpets were dirty and there was visible dust along the baseboards.There was also quite a bit of traffic noise, especially in the evenings, which was a bit annoying. It also would have been really nice to have at least two umbrellas outside to get some shade from the sun when needed.The gas grill in the backyard was another disappointment — it was in poor condition, and when we called to complain, we were told that a grill wasn’t actually supposed to be included, even though the VRBO listing clearly said otherwise.The Wi-Fi was also quite slow and struggled to keep up when several people were using it at the same time.Despite a few minor issues, the house had everything we needed for a big family trip, and we had a wonderful time overall. With a few improvements, this would be a fantastic house for large families or groups visiting Encore Resort.

I'm so glad you had a good stay at our home! I was completely unaware of your issues and would have loved to help. I hope you choose to stay with us again in the future so I can ensure you a 5 star experience! For future guests, I will address your complaints here: As for cleanliness, we employ a professional cleaning company and I have never found the home to be less than sparkling (we stay 6-8 times per year). The carpets are vacuumed and steam cleaned. Annually we have a professional come in to dye any carpet spots that have been bleached. I will personally check the carpets on our next visit. If I had known that my guest was not satisfied with the carpet or baseboards, I would have had the house manager come by and fix it immediately.  We have never had a problem with road noise during our stays. I will pay extra attention to this and consider adding a Dohm white-noise machine to the road-side rooms on our next stay.  We provide a grill and propane so that our guests do not have to rent one from Jeeves (the management company). Unfortunately, some of our guests do not clean it after using it. It was in great shape and clean when we visited in February. I could have helped with this if I had been contacted. I also did not know about the issues with the Wifi. I would have been glad to look into it with our internet provider and house manager.  Its usually fast and consistent.
