Villa Semua Suka is a beautiful, recently built three bedroom villa set in an exotic tropical garden and artistically decorated with Balinese handcrafted art, furniture and collectibles.
We have sought to include every convenience to help make your stay more enjoyable.
Located just minutes from the village of Ubud, either by foot, car or bike.
The Villa is on a small walking path about 200 meters and up a 10 step stairway from the main road. This ensures that there isn't any noise from cars or motor bikes near our home.
A stay at Villa Semua Suka includes a sumptuous gourmet breakfast of eggs/pancakes/french toast, fruit, coffee or tea, and homemade bread and jam.
We also provide daily maid service.
You will enjoy a satellite TV/DVD/IPOD player in the large Villa and a TV/DVD/IPOD player in the Bungalow as well as wireless internet access throughout the grounds.
All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning, and ensuite baths with sinks, toilets and showers. There are also two outdoor showers and a tub for flower baths in the bungalow.
The main Villa has a large kitchen with all conveniences, and the Bungalow has a fridge with coffee and tea service.
On the grounds of the garden is a Bale (gazebo), for rest and relaxation, a swimming pool, and a well stocked Koi pond.
Both houses are tastefully designed and furnished with a focus on light, color and craftsmanship. We have attempted to meld the inside and the outside into a harmonious whole.
A visit to Villa Semua Suka incorporates the amenities of a hotel and the comforts of a home.

Lovely Villa!

This is a beautiful villa to stay in! We stayed for a week with 3 young kids and it was just right for rest and relaxation! It was an easy 20 minute walk in town and just a 5 minute walk to the big supermarket. We enjoyed the breakfast served every morning, it was a perfect start to our day! The gardens were beautiful and well maintained and we loved the views of the rice fields. The only negative was having the housemaid present all the time and asking us every morning where are we going and what we are doing... there are somedays when you just want to relax. I think she preferred to have the house to herself without guests present all day. Overall a great choice for Ubud!!

We have been traveling to Bali for many years, and have owned a house on the North Shore since 2004.
Last year when we retired, we realized that we could no longer afford to live in the States. The rents were high, the economy low, and the politics sucked!
So... we decided to move to Bali full time and to build near Ubud, the cultural heart of the island. We started building in Oct of low and behold, were finished 6 months later. Everyone was amazed at how quickly we had completed our project.

We now have 2 houses in Penestanan to help fund our retirement. Both of them are for when everything is travel off to other lands.

We have put a lot of care and attention into building our houses and make them as comfortable as possible, while retaining a Balinese aesthetic. Our hope is that others will appreciate them and feel the same way that we do.

Villa Semua Suka is a a with all the modern conveniences that you would expect from luxury accomodation. The villa is decorated with fine art and antiques, yet appropriate for families with children.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We are close enough to easily walk to far enough away to avoid the crowds and chaos. Our home is far enough off the main thoroughfare, that the sound of cars and motor bikes is non-existent.
