The small private upstairs apartment was separate from the house and well appointed—fitting all my needs! The host, Steve, showed me everything I needed to know as soon as I arrived. He even has his own private label, small batch Zinfandel that he produces from the vines planted around his property. I definitely will stay here again if I’m ever back in Paso Robles!!

Carpet needs to be cleaned. There should be a seat in shower. There should be “not handicap accessible” listed on property description, as the stairs are steep and many. There needs to be a dresser in room for clothing storage, had to live out of suitcase. Linens smelled like fabric softener which can be a turn no off.The owner was generous in providing beverages. It was quiet and has a great patio area. Was close to vineyards and downtown restaurants. Owner was pleasant/friendly.

Hi Sixto Sorry you are disappointed about your stay here at the Guesthouse. I shampoo the carpet about every two months. Also the nightstand has three very large drawers, which makes it a small dresser and I also have a hanging storage bin in the walk-in closet. As far as a seat in the shower, I could’ve given you a waterproof bench that I have in the garage had you asked. Also, I did not mention “not suitable for handicap“ because the picture of the Guesthouse shows that it’s two stories. As for the sheets smelling like fabric softener, I prefer that over a bleach smell🤔🤔 Anyway, sorry you were disappointed. I’ll try and do better next time.

The owner was excellent, location perfect close to stores just outside Paso Robles, nice views. This is a good location for wine tasting or just to visit the area. Steve (the owner) gave us a tour of his wine making room and property. Very peaceful location Steve gave us what we needed but also was respectful of our privacy. We stayed for 7 nights price was fair we would stay again.

This property and the host were both "top notch". Our host was friendly and welcoming without being intrusive, leaving us clear instructions on how to easily reach him if necessary. The property was immaculate and peaceful. There is a sunny balcony for evening wine or morning coffee and a great view of the valley. We highly recommend this host and this property to any traveler!

We have a true passion for wine and winemaking. Paso Robles offers a unique micro-climate and rich soil which provides for the perfect canvas to pursue the art of fine wine making. We love the Central Coast lifestyle and all that it offers. We have opened our guest home to visitors so that we can share our passion for this beautiful area and the serenity that it has to offer.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have been visiting Paso Robles since 1988 and have enjoyed the undiscovered natural landscape of the Central Coast. We watched Paso’s progressive advancements in the wine industry and culinary achievements which have evolved, while still maintaining a friendly local atmosphere true to it’s heritage. Wanting to be a part of the community, we relocated to Paso Robles and took up wine making as our second career. We adore the area, the culture, the people, the local arts & music, and the excitement of continued advancements.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

As the live-in winemaker, I love what I do, and enjoy accommodating visitors who share my love and admiration for the central coast! I enjoy visiting wineries, hiking, golf, fishing, live music and the vast amount of unique and interesting winery events.
