Vineyard Guest House, Fabulous Views and Covered Parking

Enjoy a beautiful view of the estate vineyard and Paso's famous rolling hills from the covered balcony where you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine.

The retreat is totally private and disconnected from the winemaker's home. This well appointed suite is large as well as comfortable (15'X18') with a flat screen TV and surround sound, so bring your favorite DVD(s).

The unit was designed to be a romantic, cozy and spa like retreat. Great care was taken to provide an eco-friendly oasis. The bath accommodations boast a two person shower with pebble tiles and bamboo mat. The bathroom is bright and cheery with natural light and fully supplied with hair & body products, hair dryer, and bamboo linens.

The unit also offers a refreshment area that includes: a coffee maker, fresh ground local coffee, filtered water, estate wine, wine glasses, microwave, and refrigerator.

Also included is a large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board. Closet can also be used to store your wine case purchases or stow away luggage, golf clubs or additional belongings.

In the morning or after a day of wine tasting or local activities, feel free to walk thru the estate vineyard with a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine to relax and rejuvenate.
Designated driver/tour guide available upon request.

Perfect location to experience all Paso and surrounding area has to offer! Our host, Steve, was great and was more than happy to give us winery and restaurant suggestions during our stay! His property was a little slice of vineyard heaven with a beautiful sunset view…perfect place to enjoy a glass (or bottle!) of wine when you return for the day!

The owner was excellent, location perfect close to stores just outside Paso Robles, nice views. This is a good location for wine tasting or just to visit the area. Steve (the owner) gave us a tour of his wine making room and property. Very peaceful location Steve gave us what we needed but also was respectful of our privacy. We stayed for 7 nights price was fair we would stay again.

This property and the host were both "top notch". Our host was friendly and welcoming without being intrusive, leaving us clear instructions on how to easily reach him if necessary. The property was immaculate and peaceful. There is a sunny balcony for evening wine or morning coffee and a great view of the valley. We highly recommend this host and this property to any traveler!

Room was super clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing missing was a full body length mirror since I was getting ready for a wedding. Otherwise, the rest of the place was conducive to a comfortable stay!

Paso Anniversary 2025

The rental was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. The bottle of wine that Steve gave us was a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful Retreat

We loved staying at Steve's! The room is tastefully decorated, beautifully crafted and quiet. The location, although it feels remote, is very close to shopping and downtown for easy access to all the fun. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful place to experience Paso Robles.

We had a wonderful time in Paso Robles. The Guest house is very nice with a great view and pleasant places to walk. Steve keeps the place in great condition. The grounds are beautiful. It is a great place to relax. We are looking forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful time at Steve’s property. We loved learning about the vines on the property and his wine making. The guest space was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. If you have a visit to Paso Robles planned, this is the place to stay.

Great Stay

My husband and I arrived late at night and had no problem checking in. The guest house was exactly as pictured and the residential estate wine and tour was an unexpected surprise. Highly recommend!

We have been visiting Paso Robles since 1988 and have enjoyed the undiscovered natural landscape of the Central Coast. We watched Paso’s progressive advancements in the wine industry and culinary achievements which have evolved, while still maintaining a friendly local atmosphere true to it’s heritage. Wanting to be a part of the community, we relocated to Paso Robles and took up wine making as our second career. We adore the area, the culture, the people, the local arts & music, and the excitement of continued advancements.
