The living room is tastefully furnished with two leather sofas, an additional lounge chair, and a cozy gas fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the big screen HDTV, providing entertainment during your stay.

The kitchen and dining area are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The island seating for four allows you to enjoy meals together, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and basic seasonings. You'll find all the essentials to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.

The master bedroom is a haven of luxury, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, nightstands on both sides and, a spacious closet with hangers. Unwind and watch your favorite shows on the big screen HDTV or pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, a luxurious soaker tub, and double vanity sinks for added convenience.

Step outside to the outdoor living area and be greeted by two patio chairs, a big screen HDTV, and a gas fireplace. Relax and soak in the private hot tub, or savor a delicious meal prepared on the gas grill. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit with seats for up to four and enjoy the warmth and ambiance it provides.

General– A full-size washer and dryer are on site. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas Fireplaces are seasonal (October 1st – May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy is 2, NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
