It was a very nice and comfortable stay. Unit was larger than had expected and liked the bathrobes for the pool and hot tub. Unit would have been 100% if it had AC; it did get warm inside but there was a box fan to help. Great location!

Great condo, but a few issues to flagThe condo itself was great. Parking in the garage was easy, plenty of luggage carts were available, and the unit is a short walk from the elevator. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels were new.There were a few disappointments. We were really looking forward to the outdoor hot tub, only to find it completely torn apart and out of service. A sign at the pool access said it was supposed to be fixed about 40 days earlier, so this was clearly a known, ongoing problem. I wish it had been disclosed in the listing and rental agreement, since it was a big part of what we were planning to enjoy.In the unit, the DVD player didn’t work and looked damaged, and the remote for the Samsung TV was missing. Without it, guests will need to find their own way to stream anything on the TV.The team at Summit Cove, where you check in and pick up keys, was the best. I’ve worked with them for over 10 years, and they’re always great.Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped condo with a wonderful check-in team. I’d happily stay again if the hot tub is fixed and the listing is kept up to date.

We’re glad you enjoyed the condo and found it comfortable and well-equipped. We’re sorry the hot tub was unavailable during your stay, especially knowing it was something you were looking forward to. We had expected it to reopen based on the information provided to us by the HOA, but unfortunately, the closure was extended without notice to our team. We also appreciate you bringing the DVD player and missing remote to our attention. We offered to have someone stop by to address these items and understand you preferred to wait until after checkout. We’ll make sure they’re followed up on. We’d also like to clarify that this reservation and property were managed entirely by Summit County Mountain Retreats. There are several property management companies in the area with “Summit” in their names, so we understand how the confusion can happen. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide an even better stay in the future.

Place is great, we had no issues, it was clean with excellent location. Summit was great as always, we have stayed and their locations many times now. Thanks, had a great trip. Hopefully next year there will actually be some snow!!!!

This is one convenient and high end location. My husband and I enjoyed an extended summer stay, and this Loan Eagle site had everything we needed to clean up and relax before hitting the trails again the next day.I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this location. First, you truly cannot beat it. It is a true ski on and ski off property, which made everything so easy and convenient for our group. The place somehow magically sleeps a lot of people without ever feeling cramped. It was well kept, very clean, and perfectly set up for a trip to the mountain. The garage was a huge bonus and made loading and unloading gear simple. The management company was also great to work with. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot!

We had a great time at this ski-in/ski-out condo! Access to the slopes from the locker room was amazing and a quick walk to the village at night time. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean, had plenty of space for two.The best part was the location. It's a true Ski In Ski Out place. Nice locker room to store skis and equipment. We would rent this location again.

Lone Eagle is an amazingly convenient, high end, true ski-in ski-out property. Spacious ski locker room is steps away from the River Run trail, just above the Mountain Express quad lift and the River Run gondola. It's the most convenient ski-in ski-out property in Keystone. Other positives: roomy private ski locker, lovely kitchen with gas stovetop, easy check-in and check-out, very nice common hot tub and pool, plushy VIP robes, in-suite washer and dryer, and reliable high-speed WiFi and television services. Room for improvement in: single elevator for 50 units which went down for a few hours (promptly repaired), VERY tight garage (we had about 2-3 inches of clearance on each side entering and departing the property in a rented Chevy Traverse, after pulling in the mirrors), no on-site recycling (c'mon!), and no good reading lights in the unit (but the lobby was great). Overall, we had a wonderful experience in the condo and highly recommend it.

Cozy Beautiful Ski in and ski out

You cannot beat the access to the mountain. This is ski in -out as you walk out from the lol let room (also a great perk) right onto the mountain. The hot tub, heated pool and outdoor fireplace are all wonderful!

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here 5 days with our infant son and we don’t have many complaints. Being first week of October, it’s the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful. Keep in mind everything is 30min - 1 hour drive. You’ll need to grab groceries near golden or Denver to get a good range of all the things you need. But overall, the unit was clean, beds were very comfortable, facility is well kept and everything is beautiful. They do have some construction in the town itself so just beep that in mind.
