Ski-In/Ski-Out 2BR/3BA Condo with Mountain Views!

I bought this condo because I felt is was the best two bedroom condo in the Lone Eagle building and I believe the Lone Eagle building is the best building in Keystone because of its location. It is the only true ski-in, ski-out building in Keystone and my unit is the highest (fourth floor) two bedroom on the slope side of the building. The slope side has the best views in the building and watching people ski/ride down the mountain is an endless source of entertainment.

The elevator has been working since May 16.

Beautiful condo in a fantastic spot

As ski in and out as you can get! It was very clean and spacious and the hot tub was so nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The condo is fabulous, very comfortable for 4 adults, location unbeatable!!! Neat, clean, easy access, wonderful ski-in/ski-out. Had a great time, mostly cooked in, kitchen well equipped, easy walk to River Run area for eating, shopping, hanging out after a day of skiing

2025 Keystone Trip

The property owner was the BEST. He stayed in touch with me from the time we booked our stay, until the day we left for our trip. He made sure we had all the amenities we needed. Location was GREAT. We will make a future reservation for next year. Thank you.

Great Ski in/out

We have stayed at Lone Eagle numerous times and really love the easy ski in/out. The condo was great, could use some more kitchen supplies, but we made do with what was available. The overall property needs a little attention. I know the owners pay quite a bit of money in HOA dues. Hot tub was low in water and needed some chemical balancing, bubbles with jets on. Also,the trash outside was overlflowing.

Even Better Than Advertised

Great mountain condo! We stayed for a week and we loved it! Comfortable furnishings, great bed, location can’t be beat for a quiet Mountain View plus convenience to River Run activities!

Great summer visit

Very comfortable, spacious for 3, and clean. Perfectly located for visits to Keystone village and excursions to neighboring resorts and parks. Well equipped kitchen allowed many casual meals. A memorable trip.

Quiet Get away

Great location. Perfect for relaxing and reading. if you want a view this is the place, if you want closeness to the lifts this is the place, if you want closness to the river and a great hiking spot book this place.

Wonderful property in an excellent location.

We had an amazing time. We even saw a bear walk outside our window. Larry was great to work with as well. Definitely coming back again.

Great ski in/ski out condo!

Everything was perfect!! The location was outstanding and easy access to everything in the village and on the slopes!! Only negative was the fridge did not cool.....But still will rent this unit again and again!!

Disappointed in Lone Eagle

Condo was a little “tired” with awkward seating in the den. Was surprised that Keystone village was totally shut down…no restaurants/businesses open. All in all, we enjoyed the stay.

Great location

Nice condo in a nice building; however the elevator didn’t work the week we were there. 3-4 flights of stairs in and out each time got old. With a working elevator it would have been 5 stars!

Perfect Unit - Amazing View

This is our favorite unit we have stayed in here. Stocked and upgraded kitchen. AMAZING view of the run. We watched night skiing from the living room. Fire pit being broken and no elevator was a bummer but this unit and owner was very easy to deal with.

Ski In/Out Experience

As described and images shown, the building is a ski in/out with chairlifts right across. We enjoyed all of the amenities which include hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and they also service towels which is a great addition. Also enjoyed the kitchen to make all our meals, where we had food delivered by Instacart. Larry was very helpful and to check-in/out and any other service you will work with Keystone Services business that supported us when we called. Overall good experience.

Can't beat the location

The location was great for ski in/out. Just take a few steps out of the door of the building, click into your skis and slide down to the lift. When you are done, ski right up to the door. The place was clean, quiet and had all the necessities. The elevator was slow but nearby and working fine. A stairway was also close as an alternative. Parking was a little tight but it did accommodate our full size SUV with a topper on top having an 8' clearance height in the warm garage. Communication with the host was very good. The cost was a bit of a stretch for our personal finances but I know it was competitively priced for its location. I would consider coming here again. I definitely love the ski in, ski out.

Second time

We have been to this condo before. We enjoy the location and the view! The price is great also . One thing I noticed this time is does need new carpet. As you walk in door and by back door to deck is frayed and carpet tacks exposed so had to lay towel down to cover both areas. I walked on and a tack stuck my foot. Also we are people that take our shoes off at door and was tough without shoes to walk on outdoor patio as it is crumbling and lots of Little Rock’s to step on and track in. Tried to sweep it but just made it worse.Other than that we love location. Hope to make it back again some day.

Best ski-in/ski-out 2BR condo in Keystone!

The Lone Eagle building is in the only true ski-in/ski-out building in Keystone and this unit has the best views in the building, with unobstructed views of Dercum’s Dash. It’s a very nice unit with great space for a family. The kitchen is nice and well equipped for all your cooking needs. Ski lockers with boot dryers on the ground floor keeps you from having to lug ski gear to your room. The parking garage is a little tight for larger vehicles, but not unmanageable and is heated and super convenient. Larry, the owner, is a great person to rent from, he communicated at every step of the way and was extremely helpful. Overall we had an amazing stay here for our ski trip. If we return to Keystone we would not hesitate for one second in returning to this condo. If you plan to visit Keystone and like to drop your skis and head down to the chairlift or gondola, and literally finish your run at the doorstep of your building, this is the unit for you. There is no single building more convenient than Lone Eagle.

Oh my goodness!!!!!!

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, beautiful, comfy, roomy place to stay this is it!!!!! Far exceeded our expectations! Everything you could possibly need was right there for you! The view is absolutely amazing! We watched 5 moose, a bear, deer, and even a red fox right off our balcony. The hot tub outside was so relaxing on a cool night! Towels were provided which was really nice. The property was top notch and beautiful! The lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner that were provided were a really nice touch!!! The owner has thought of everything. If I had to pick one thing to complain about it was that there was no pizza cutter or pizza pan. Tiny issue!!! Would not sway my future plans to stay at all! But that’s truly it! I did not want to leave and if I am ever in the area again I will without a doubt rebook this condo! Definitely a 5 star condo!

I purchased this condo brand new in 2001 and had it professionally decorated for my own use. In 2004 I bought a house in Silverthorne, CO but I wanted to keep this property because it is so unique so I decided to rent it myself on VRBO to help cover the costs.

I was born and raised in Ohio and lived in Northern Virginia for 16 years working in Information Technology. I finally fulfilled a long-time dream and moved to Summit County Colorado in 2001. I now live in Denver, but I visit the mountains frequently.

I chose to buy in Keystone because I like the variety of terrain and how easy it is to move around the mountain. I also like the feel and convenience of River Run Village.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I enjoy the convenience of the location of Lone Eagle at the base of the mountain and being able to ski right to the chairlift or gondola and a very short walk to River Run Village. I also enjoy the views from my unit and balcony.
