Quite neighborhood located close to so many activities and venues it made our stay very enjoyable. The house was great, plenty of rooms for us to have our own privacy along with a great back yard to have a cook out and fire - look forward to staying there again next time we come to the Milwaukee area.

We stay in a zillion properties each year for our son's racing travels and this is truly one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in!! Sincerely. We find that when the refrigerator is spotless, the rest of the property is spotless - and this property was absolutely spotless! The beds were comfortable, the place was well stocked for everything we needed to cook our meals and the hostess was absolutely fabulous! She communicated so very quickly and was a joy to work with. We will definitely book this place again when our son's travels bring us back here next year.

This is our second time staying here. It is a nice place to stay, plus allows pets! It has a nice backyard, which works out well for us.

Nice little place. Price was a bit spendy for what u get. But if u have a bigger group prolly better. Sleeps more than the amount we had so I could see how that would be more affordable. Charcoal wouldn't light so we cldnt grill but everything else was ok. Very clean. Had zero contact with host. Didn't need anything though so that was fine. Had a great time at Summerfest which was why we were there. All in all good stay.

We stayed while attending the WI state fair. Quiet and safe neighborhood and really close to the fairgrounds. House was clean and easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our Frenchie.

Excellent stay for Graduation Weekend!

Felt right at home

Loved all the amenities, the doggo loved the yard, & it was so close to everything I wanted to do! I hope to come back again! I definitely felt like I could live in that house long term, it was so cozy!

Owners went the extra mile to make the stay comfy and cozy. Nice sheets, great beds, snacks to name a few! House was as pictured in photos and neighborhood was safe.

The Happy Days indeed

This was a cozy little stay, the house was old but well kept! The back garden was very well kept and set a good mood for some evening hot tub soaking!

I'm a big fan of our city.
When I was a young adult in the 90s, I traveled a lot. And when I mentioned my hometown, Milwaukee, people would often reference the pop shows Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley, hence the theme.
I hope you enjoy the home as much as we do.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The Happy Days House is a corner lot on a tree lined street / neighborhood setting on a hill with a great porch to enjoy. But its central location was key!
Tucked away from the business of downtown, it’s only blocks from the highway entrance making it super convenient to be at any of the many Milwaukee destinations. Guest can quickly be at American Family Field, the Summerfest grounds, the State Fair Park, Froedtert Hospital/MCW, the VA, the Zoo, Domes, Marquette University, UWM, lakefront areas, downtown- Foserv Forum, the Third Ward, Milwaukee Marketplace, and the RiverWalk with our famous Bronze Fonz.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Happy Days theme is uniquely Milwaukee. However, the theme is subtle. The cast are arranged on tables and bookshelves like beloved family photos. Overall, the house is attractive for anyone familiar with those characters or not.

It's a country cottage decor with comfortable beds/bedrooms and living spaces. It has a full kitchen with all you might need to cook Thanksgiving dinner, for example. I've also added and extra touches for your convenience.
The front porch is great for morning coffee three seasons of the year. The fenced-in back yard with the fire-pit and bar-b-que area are wonderful for your summer outdoor cooking and storytelling.
It feels like your second country home in a Milwaukee neighborhood.
