If you are looking for basic accommodations at an adorable price, this property might be the one for you. Conveniently close to Hwy. 1 and centrally located. Works for 4 people comfortably.

This was a great location for us. It was a bit difficult to find as the road was not marked but otherwise terrific. Clean, well supplied, comfortable, private, and the bed was the best I have slept on in a long time. It also didn't hurt that a delicious ice cream shop was close by!

Overall, our experience was great. Jason, our host was responsive and accommodating. The location is convenient to both Rockland and the lower mid-coast sites, shopping and restaurants.Although not listed as handicap accessible, it was suitable for my situation, as discussed with our host.Only negatives were the lack of light blocking window coverings in the bedrooms and outside seating area. This may well be our go-to place when visiting our son who lives nearby!

I BOOKED THIS STAY FOR WORK AND IT WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. Clean, inviting, easy to find, easy to access. Enjoying my coffee outdoors in the Adirondack chairs provided was a plus. Only thing I would say is the toilet itself is incredibly small.

This home accommodated us perfectly, not to small. 4 adults could move around comfortability, and nice roomy kitchen to prepare meals. Perfect location to all the attractions.

The Riverview

Amazing little house tucked away close to the river. It was very clean and nicely furnished. I had a great time staying here and it was very close to downtown Thomaston.

Very clean and a great location

The house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed for a great getaway. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do - would highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We were able to cook several meals.

Exactly what it looked like

It is hard to find a place in this part of Maine but it was great because it was near Rockport and Warren where we were visiting family. Had everything we needed and was very clean.

Thomaston excursion

Loved the property! Super convenient to everywhere that we wanted to go. Wonderful that we were allowed to have our dog. The western Sunset is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality.
