Perfectly located on the strip. House was clean and host communicated promptly. The shower door broke but the property maintenance came within in a hour and fixed. I would stay again! Highly recommended...

Condo was great, there were a few minor issues that were addressed super quickly (microwave needed replaced and issue with roku tv remote). Abe was very responsive. Kiddos loved the pool/splash area. Definitely a great place to stay with littles and a large group. Right across the road from the beach and a nice access point. So many amenities within walking distance. We would absolutely book again!

Some of the highlights of this place were the location, big enough for all of us, and the property manager that we texted to help resolve a few issues was extremely responsive and very nice. We had some issues though. We came with young kids and were excited for the splash pad part. It did not work the entire stay for us and there was no date that it was going to be worked on from what we were told. The area was dirty too. After just a couple hours of us being there, our feet were completely black from walking on the floor so it could have used a mop prior to us checking in. Also, we picked a condo that had all red couches and red chairs in the kitchen and everything was gray. The king beds were super uncomfortable. It was two twins pushed together and so thin. The single beds were more comfortable. Overall, we wish we would have picked another place that was at least cleaner and the main attraction of splash pad worked because we passed so many places that kids were outside having fun in their working splash pads.

The kiddie pool was open just that the waterfalls were not working as the pump had failed. The pump was fixed in a day to a day and a half and the waterfalls are now back on.

The room was clean. It was actually across the road from the beach. We thought it was on the beach but that’s no big deal. Very spacious! I would book here again.

A quick FYI, the villas on the beach side of Ocean Blvd are between 2 to 3 times the rate of our villa. We are on the land side of Ocean Blvd and about 100 yards to the beach.
