My family and I spent a few days at the lake house. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the lake was fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, providing everything we needed for a perfect quick getaway.

Annual Frye Family Grand Lake Vacation

Sunset Point is a fantastic property. Beautiful sunsets, close to town, all the comforts of home. Love all the extra space for relaxing, playing games, cooking, etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Sunsets!

Excellent House!

Great vacation at Grand Lake! The house was perfect for a couple fisherman. Plenty of room, very clean, and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more! Large empty garage and a nice boat dock on a beautiful point. We were very happy we rented this house and hope to be back in the future. Highly recommend this property!

Grand Lake Oasis

Lisa is a great host! We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The views from the front living room are just unbeatable. The location of the dock is perfect. You have great fishing in the cove, but you’re not secluded from the main lake. We will most definitely stay again!

Stunning Views

We stayed the weekend to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The home was beautiful , clean and everything as described. We sit outside both mornings and evenings enjoying the lake view from the patio . We will be looking into booking this at a later date for a family trip .

Beautiful views

This property has it all but if you’re a hot sleeper beware! Their Ecobee thermostat allows them to control the the temp, we all woke up throughout the night super hot. Super clean and beautiful views would return.

The Ecobee is new to us and after some research it appears the pre-sets will override anything you do manually on the face of the thermostat. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and the issue has been corrected. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused and look forward to hosting your family in the future.

Nice vacation

This is clean and modern, loved the double garage to park our truck. We didnt need the storm shelter/room but sure glad it was there, a very stormy week. Plenty of cooking items in the kitchen we ate in several meals. Used the washer and dryer several times. Loved the view of the lake from dining room windows. We really enjoyed our time in this house.
