Thinking about taking the family on a visit to the White Mountains, Mt. Washington valley? Our property provides easy access to world renowned hiking, fishing, skiing, Santa's Village, Story land, the Cog Railway, multiple golf courses, and yes, rest and relaxation. After a long day on the trails, course, or crowd filled venue, the peace, quiet and solitude await at our special place. This property has majestic views from every room. Truley a private, alpine location yet easy access to all the activities the White Mountains offer. Located at one of the premier points of view in Bethlehem, only 2.5 miles from downtown, and 10 minutes to route 93, you will find The Mountain View Lodge. When you make your way up the birch lined private drive, you find The Mountain View at the end framed by mountains on each side. Entering the home your eyes are immediately draw to the majestic views from the dining and living rooms. Sliders lead you to a wraparound deck capturing the elevated, unobstructed panoramic views of the White Mountains of New Hampshire including direct views of Mt. Washington, the Twins, Lafayette, and Cannon. The home was constructed to maximize views from the wood burning fireplaced open plan living, dining room and kitchen, as well as the primary bedroom with a breathtaking expansive vista of the northern Whites. Knotty pine walls, and oak floors provide a warm, welcoming feel that puts the mind at ease. Perfect for a couple’s weekend, a romantic getaway, or an intimate family retreat, the property is set up with everything you need to prepare meals, serve libation, and enjoy the majestic surrounds. Enjoy observatory like stargazing at night. High quality bedding will enhance your nights rest as the tranquility and calming quiet lull you to sleep. Awaken rejuvenated to the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Washington and seize the limitless activities that await you in the north country.

Fantastic stay

The property and views were exceptional! Very clean, well maintained and welcoming. The managers do a great job with supplying the essentials and left a welcome basket (which we all enjoyed). Communication with Don was excellent! He responded within minutes to all my questions and was very friendly and accommodating. There is not one complaint, we'd stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and weekend!

Wonderful hosts

Beautiful house and location. Well appointed home. Snowed during our stay and driveway plowed and sanded first thing. A path around our vehicles was even hand shoveled Couldn’t have been more pleased with entire experience

Friendly hosts with a lovely home!

Don was a pleasure to work with from the start. My friend and I chose his house to stay with our young children for a weekend getaway to Santa’s Village. I had a few questions for Don before booking, to which he quickly and completely responded, providing great knowledge and help in planning our trip. Once we arrived at the home, as my daughter said “wow, this is so peaceful and quiet!”. The home was clean and as advertised and the views were stunning! It was the perfect home for our trip and I highly recommend it. Thank you!

This was one of the most peaceful stays of my life... what a truly amazing property. It was beautifully cared for and the hosts truly made us feel at home including a gift basket. New Hampshire has so many amazing options but I'm not sure too many have the mountain views that this property boasts. Family was able to play board games and put down technology for a few hours anyway. If you have the chance to stay here, do it... you won't regret it. My family was begging me to book it again soon so they can return. Last comment... lots of good food options close by and the downtown Littleton Main Street is a winnah. Bonus fun fact - Schilling Brewery less than 15 minutes away and Hill about an hour... everyone wins. Thanks again to the amazing hosts for sharing this paradise with other families.

Great Weekend Getaway

The stay was wonderful and the view was spectacular. Don was great and communicated quickly. Definitely a hidden gem and the family had an absolute blast! Would book again!

Beautiful!

The property exceeds the pictures and description. Beautiful, well-appointed, great amenities and setup. Very accessible to Bethlehem and Littleton, but with exceptional privacy and probably one of the best views of the White Mountains in the area. We sat around for hours watching the view. Don and Lara were very helpful and responsible, helping with a couple requests. They were always available, friendly, and offered great advice and help. We would definitely be happy to stay again and highly recommend it!

Peaceful Getaway

The whole experience was perfect for what we were looking for. Don was an amazing thoughtful host with excellent communication. The property was easy to get to but felt out of the fray. I really appreciated a nicely appointed kitchen with nice quality new cookware-we like to bring our own food to cook. On the list to revisit :)

Has a great view and everything else you'll need

The property has a private yard with a great view. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and such, we made plenty of meals and desserts. Would stay again for sure.
