This is a beautiful one bedroom, two bath, two story suite with breath taking 180° ocean views. The penthouse sits on the top two floors of a 5-story house.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for four. There is a deck off the living room on lower floor with an ocean view therapy tub.
The bedroom upstairs also has a deck where you can sit to enjoy your favorite drink while admiring the waves crashing on the shore. In the living room is a pull-out bed for two other guests as well as using air mattresses out on the deck!!

Downstairs on the second floor, you will find a common area for all apartments in the house with a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. There is a deck on this floor as well with a gas barbecue.
This place is perfect for a group of four that could sleep comfortably in the two rooms and up to six if two more wanted to sleep in the common living room area or out on the deck.

If you have a larger party, there is “Rincón Triplex” and “Palacio” that are also available for rent in the house with space to hold groups of up to 30 people!
