Cozy cabin! Bring your SXS!

Recently updated, cozy 2bd 1ba cabin! The cabin is located on a quiet road perfect for morning or evening walks. There is a partial lake view and tons of wildlife! There is a wrap around deck with plenty of outdoor seating options including a fire pit area. Chairs for the fire pit and outdoor games are located in the shed. There is a gas/charcoal grill for your use as well. There is plenty of parking including lots of space for SXS and fishing boats. There is a public boat ramp within a quarter mile of the house (NO DOCK).

Inside the house can sleep 7-8. 1 queen bed, 1 full bed with twin trundle, queen size sleeper sofa and a twin portable mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped including high quality cookware and small appliances. The pantry is stocked with basic staples such as flour, sugar, spices, coffee, creamer and coffee filters. The bedrooms have USB charging ports on the lamps or alarm clocks. The living room has a 65 inch tv with wifi so you can use your streaming services. The bathroom has toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, cotton pads and swabs, hair dryer. Bath towels are provided.

We do ask for quiet time after 11pm to respect our neighbors and nearby Boy Scouts Camp. No parties please!!! Minimum age to rent is 25. There is no garage access, campers, tents or pets! There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for security.
