Welcome to 2026! Recent changes have us renting our condo this year. There are a number of attractive available dates at our condo for your booking plans. Act now by booking this ground floor condo offered by its VRBO listed Premier Host owners - the highest rating VRBO awards for its listings. There are no steps into 3 BR 3 BA condo from parking lot, no steps into adjacent pool, no steps down to our docks! Bring your special guests for that getaway weekend! The Lake's restaurants are open waiting to serve you. Start making plans to enjoy the Lake's upcoming activities. As guests you can fish off any one of our four docks during this time. Golf is yet another popular activity available for your pleasure., Visiting doctors and medical professionals book your stay with us as we are only a few minutes away from the Lake Regional Hospital.

NOTE: Due to safety issues we no longer offer an outdoor grill.

Our deck offers a panoramic view of the lake's main channel. Enjoy watching the wide variety and size of boats cruising by. Our waterfront unit has a large screened in deck. Entertain yourself with the Lake's many water activities such as boating or visiting nearby lakeside bar and grills. Enjoy our outdoor pool. (The pool opening and closing is dependent on the weather.)

A covered 12x32 boat slip with electric can be rented. Please submit request by inquiry with boat type and length before booking for availability.

We also provide WIFI and HD TV. In 2023 we added new powered recliners with adjusting headrests in our large living room.

We are pet friendly. Just let us know the details in n advance. We do not charge a fee for your pet. No need to put your pet in a kennel and add a significant cost to your vacation plans.

Bass and crappie fishing as usual is great! Book now to get in on this great fishing! Call us if you need help planning your fishing trip - we have reports, tackle and bait shop information, guide information and boat rental information. For renting for your boating needs Surdyke's Port 20 Marina is just across the cove from the complex.

Our calendar has many attractive dates available for your 2026 stay. But you need to secure your summer dates as our calendar is filling up fast. Whatever you desire, give us a look for your stay.

We loved it so close to the pool. The only problem was the bugs. We seen 3 or 4 baby spiders and several silverfish. But it didn’t stop us . Just made us look closer. Location is great. Hope to go back next year

We traveled to the area for baseball and found this wonderful gem right on the water! My father is handicapped and this was the perfect place for us to enjoy the lake without steps. My kids had a blast fishing off of the dock and we definitely enjoyed the pool right next door. The host was very communicative when I had questions. We would definitely recommend and wish we could come back more often!

The condo was beautiful! Exactly as advertised, with a wonderful lake view. No steps whatsoever. The pool was right outside our door. Host was very pleasant and prompt in returning texts and answering questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The showers were not clean and 2 of the 3 had terrible shower heads making for terrible water pressure. the floors in the living area were not clean at all. Advertising as no steps is true but the whole complex is no steps it has an elevator.

We pride ourselves on keeping our condo clean. The previous guest in her review mentioned TWICE the condo was clean. So we were surprised at your review how two of the showers were not clean and the living room was not clean. You chose until now to mention this. We would have responded to a call from you with an immediate return to clean these and any other areas. Nonetheless we discussed these issues so we can avoid these types of problems in the future. We will replace the shower heads as they do not allow short people to manage their operation. True we have an elevator that occasionally like other complexes breaks down and is out of service for days. Thank you for your comments.

Getaway with retiree friends. We had this same unit last year and int's still a great place ot stay. Comfy beds and well stocked with towels and utensils. Right on the water for a great view and easy access to marina boat rentals and other attractions.

Great location

We loved this condo! The convenience of no stairs and the close access to the pool was top notch for us having toddlers! The view from the porch is gorgeous!! We would definitely stay again!

The property was as advertised- excellent location- onsite security- we all enjoyed a peaceful relaxing weekend. Owner helped us secure a dock last minute which made our time even better with a pontoon one of the days. We have told many friends about this rental property and would consider renting again.

Great location & access

Condo was exactly as listed. Perfect location on the river and having a boat slip to dock at was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Loved the property location - proximity to the pool - no steps. Close to all the activities we wanted. Property was quiet - very relaxing!
