The Space:
Looking for the perfect Orlando retreat to celebrate exciting milestones or to spend a fun and relaxing vacation with family and friends to build memories? We would love to invite you to enjoy our awesome 6 bedroom home, located in the Davenport area, just minutes away from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World. The family room and opened kitchen are perfect for gathering the whole family and having a wonderful time.

You can relax in the pool and spa and share a meal with your loved ones outside by the pool. You will have a blast here! If a friendly game of pool, air hockey, or shuffleboard is your thing, our game room will be perfect for you. There is a dedicated workstation for those that need to keep up with business, but otherwise, there is plenty of space to relax and create memories that will last a lifetime.

The Neighborhood:
The Solana community is a combination community with short term rentals as well as long term residents. The community offers the following for our guests:

Community pool and fitness center - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Concierge services and Small Shop - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Tiki bar by the pool - 12PM to 8PM Wednesday through Sunday
Mini Golf - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Beach Volleyball - Daily from 9AM to 6PM
Kid Playground - Daily from 9AM to 6PM

Community also offers occasional events such as BBQs, happy hours, Popsicle Pop-Ins. Please check with the concierge at the clubhouse for schedule of events.

All opening hours are subject to change without notice as these services are operated by the community.

Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
