A slice of Heaven! Vacation home near Disney with private pool!

This executive vacation home near Disney is perfect for your large family. The home is open and airy with vaulted ceilings. The large living room is equipped with a 65" television.. The family room is perfect for the kids to play with its dedicated television and is connected to the downstairs hall bath. The formal dining room is perfect for gathering the family together. The large well equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar and is ready for you should you tire of eating out.
The first floor master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a handicap friendly master bath.
The second floor master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, television, and an in suite full bath.
The 3rd bedroom is the 'Mickey Room' and very popular with kids of all ages and is equipped two twin beds.
The 4th bedroom is the 'Sunshine Room' also equipped with two twin beds and is adjacent of the upstairs hall bathroom.
The private southern facing screened in pool is perfect for sunning. Pool heat can be added for those cool winter months.
Please be aware that some folks have complained that our home is dated (circa 2000). Maybe someday we'll update it, but this will soon be our retirement home and we LIKE our home just the way it is.

Fantastic Golfing: Highlands Reserve Golf Club is only 2 minutes away. It is wide and open and a nice introduction to Florida golf!

Just south in Haines City are two beautiful courses, Diamondback and Southern Dunes, which just might be the two best courses in the Orlando area! And just north in Clermont, there are many fine courses, including Legends, which our guests have played and enjoyed very much.

There are over 200 more golf courses in the Orlando area. If golf is your thing, then you will never be bored!

Our home is not that far to the beach!: Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral, FL is a beautiful white sand beach on the Atlantic Ocean that is only76 miles (about 1 hour and 15 minutes) away!

Please be aware that for our $125 house cleaning fee is in addition to your rate.

Also please be aware that pool heating is an extra cost for those who choose it.

Due to market demands, we require a 6 day minimum stay for the July 4th and Christmas weeks and a 5 day minimum stay for the months of March, June, July, and August.

This was the fourth time we stayed at this property and we stay every year and as always it was wonderful. This is truly our home away from home. Our trip did get cut short unfortunately due to a death in my family and the host was very nice and sent his condolences.This will always be a spot we book. Can’t wait for next year!!!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent, very close to the Disney parks and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything super convenient for our trip.We enjoyed the private pool, especially with the heat turned on, though it was still a little on the cooler side. It was a nice way to relax after long days at the parks.As the listing mentions, the home could use some updates, but overall it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and enough cutlery for our family to enjoy home‑cooked meals, which we really appreciated.We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

House was very nice, it could have used a good cleaning, though, there were a few things missing or broken, ie. Pans, hand mixer, soap holder in one of the showers, pool was not heated when we got there, however, after some explanation to maintenance, pans were replaced and pool heater was turned back on. Overall it was a nice place to stay, pics don't do it justice. If and when we go back to Florida, this would absolutely be an option.

This was our third time staying in this house and it definitely won’t be our last! We love this house and everything about it. Perfect distance to all the parks, plenty of food and grocery stores. I can’t wait for our trip next year! I would live in this house full time if we could.

Orlando Trip

This house is absolutely beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to find and close to many different stores and restraunts. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely absolutely stay here again!

The pool was great. Water got warm at night.

This house was big enough for us clean and had pots plates coffee maker, spoons everything we use to cook, was great and convenient.

Wonderful vacation week

We spent a week here and really enjoyed our time. We spent a lot of time in the pool. This was our second time staying in this rental because we love the location and the house is pretty awesome. It does need a little updating and a few more pans in the cabinet to cook.

A nice house with large rooms but needs some updates such as new couches , appliances . a great location close to restaurants and shopping. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great spot a little bit farther out from the parks.

The house was very clean and set up well. The pool was perfect size for us. There are two Starbucks within a mile and two Publix near as well. It’s within 30 minutes of most of the Disney parks. A little farther to universal. Owner was very easy to work with.

Good Disney Vacation Home!

Property layout was real good for my family vacation and location was great too!Kids tried to use the swimming pool one of the warmer days while we were there but waster was still not warm enough to swim much.PlayStation 2 drive was not able to read any game or movie disks but that was OK for us since my kids were able to watch youtube videos from Roku TV app on bug screen TV.Overall my family enjoyed staying at this property!!!

Davenport stay

House was large, a bit dated but very functional especially if you have children staying. Was a business tri so didn't stay at the house very long - mostly between 8 pm and 8 am. Would recommend this house.

Home away from home

Our family stayed for 2.5 weeks and had a wonderful time. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect. My kids loved the game room and dance dance revelation. Husband loved how close it was to several golf courses. The carpets are a bit “loved” but we had a great time and we’d definitely recommend it to others wanting to stay in this area.

While we love living near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we purchased this home because we would like to spend the winters in Florida after retirement. (The PA winters can be cold and snowy). This is the only vacation home we own. We love our home and while maintain it to a high standard, we like the styling that was popular 20 years ago. Some might say it's dated. We like to say it's quaint. We also decided to let others share our home to help us with some of the costs.

As previously mentioned, we maintain our home to a high standard. We also try to price the rates so that it is less expensive than 2/3 of the comparable homes so that it is affordable to the average family on vacation.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We are a unique blend of closeness to Disney (8 miles from Animal Kingdom) and being far enough away from Disney to be in a quiet neighborhood that is reasonable in cost.

We have an amazingly private southern facing backyard (when compared to our neighbors). While many homes in Hampton Lakes have rear and side neighbors that have screen houses that are 5-10' feet away, our unique pie shaped lost makes our backyard extra wide. Additionally, neighbors on both sides have fences, which provide even more privacy. AND, we have no rear neighbors!!
