Sandestin Condo with a 6-person Golf Cart!

Come enjoy incredible wraparound lake and golf course views from all living areas and bedrooms in this charming end location in Sandestin!

Our condo has two bedrooms and a custom designed bunk room! We have a sleep sofa, full size washer/dryer, and screened in porch with view of the lake and golf course. Enjoy the 6-person golf cart and free access to two heated pools. Great for families!

The space
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a full bath with walk-in shower, ceiling fan, closet, and wall mounted television. Sit in a rocking chair on the patio outside the master bedroom and enjoy the view of the water and golfers on the fairway. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, closet, a wall mounted television, a place for office setup, and a private entrance to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower. The custom designed bunk room has recessed televisions at the foot of each bunk, a large closet and several cubbies for storage. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six and the spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa and a smart, wall mounted television.

Off the living room, three steps down, is the screened in porch. Come relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature or maybe just watch television. Enjoy grilling and eating outside on the large, paved patio.

You will have access to the storage closet on the covered patio for your beach gear. We have beach chairs, buckets, beach toys and boogie boards. We also have a cooler and gas grill for you to use! A 6-person golf cart is parked out front for your enjoyment!

You can come and go as you please throughout the Resort, either on the golf cart or by car. You have your choice of two pools at no extra charge, located approximately 5 minutes away by golf cart. The beach is 1.2 miles away, or 6-minutes by golf-cart. If you are walking or using the golf cart, you get to go through a tunnel under Highway 98 to get to the beach. For extra fees you can play tennis, pickle ball, kayak, jet ski, fish, rent bikes, or play golf on one of the four golf courses in the Resort. Bring your fishing pole for catch and release fishing in the many ponds around the Resort (one right outside our back door!).

Housekeeping provides a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, washer pods, etc. They provide the small, hotel size soaps and shampoo. Be sure to bring your own supplies to get you through your stay.

Enjoy the many walking/biking paths around the Resort. The golf cart can hold 6 adults and can go anywhere in the Resort. Most places have special parking for golf carts. Please ride the golf cart on the street only inside the Resort. You are NOT ALLOWED to hold a child on your lap while driving the golf cart.

If you and your family need more than one condo, we have friends with a condo for rent on the same street. It has a golf cart and is on Airbnb. Ask for details.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. Your stay includes two heated pools that can be used and don't forget the beautiful beach! Be sure to bring beach towels and sunscreen! There is shopping and restaurants right here in Sandestin that are accessible by golf cart, which is included with your stay. Don't forget Baytowne Wharf where the kids can play; there are shops, restaurants and lots of activities.

There are three steps to enter the property, three steps down to the master bedroom and three steps down to the screened in patio.

We only book Saturday to Saturday during prime season. Please review our strict cancellation policy.
