This house: Uvita Beach House and the house next door Casa Turquesa (similar floor plan and layout) can be rented together as a rare opportunity to have 4 bedrooms side by side in this convenient area of Uvita (please ask for more information if you are interested).

Life within walking distance in the center of Uvita, including walking to the beach, great restaurants, supermarkets, Maxi Pali multipurpose store, gas station, etc. You’ll have your own plunge pool and small tropical garden to chill and relax with a refreshment before or after a day of adventures. Private gate and parking on the property.

Coastal Homebase

This was the perfect stay for our trip. Close to the beach, local restaurants and was a great launch point for some really amazing adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful clean property just as described. Close to the beach/ wildlife, supermarket, and restaurants. The little pool in the back was perfect for a cool dip on hot days. Kitchen included everything we needed to cook at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again on a future visit.

Total Comfort Near Beach

We stayed five days and found the listing exceeded all our expectations. The location was super convenient, the host accessible and helpful, and the plunge pool a delight. We enjoyed watching all the colorful birds bustling about, as well.

Excellent stay in Uvita

I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent!

Great for a family vacation

The house has all that you need, is beautiful and confortable. Close to supermarket, restaurant and the park. The host is great and the service is very good. Would go back for sure

Everything we needed and more

This stay was exactly as advertised. We were a party of two and had plenty of space. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could make food from the grocery store up the road and was perfectly placed with several restaurants within walking distance. Property management was more than accomidating when our arrival time was completely de-railed due to accidents and road work.

Perfect spot for home base

Great find! Perfect for a couple. Looked just like the pictures! Good location ... walking to the beach, sunsets, and easy access point for day trips. The "plunge" pool provided relief from the heat!

Great location, walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Gregory was super nice and gave great suggestions of places to go. Comfortable living space, beds. Kitchen was stocked beautifully. Wonderful outdoor porch and pool was fantastic! Loved this place!

Perfect place in Uvita!

This was an amazing location- perfectly situated near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. It was the perfect size for our family of 2 boys and 2 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs and communication with the site manager was impeccable- very responsive! They even had beach chairs. Wonderful stay. Thank you!

Our rental was wonderful. The home was exactly as represented in the description. The owners supplied all of the necessary supplies (towels, soaps, coffee, etc). The location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, stores, and restaurants. We could sit on the quaint patio and watch the wildlife. I would highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful stay in Uvita. The owner helped us book tours and gave us great information on restaurants.

Wonderful Property

We loved our stay in Uvita. Two restaurants and a grocery store are less than 2min walk from the house. We stayed in late December. There are many great restaurants/cafes within 10-15min walk. There was construction going on not too far away (common for offseason travel) but after check in our property manager went over to talk with them and we didn't hear any noise during the rest of our stay. The beach at the end of the road is absolutely beautiful but it is also part of the national park and costs ~$6-7 (USD) daily per person.

Perfect !

We loved this house. It was fully stocked with all dishes and cookware! The washer and dryer was so handy to have. The beds were comfortable and the whole area so nice and clean. The shower was amazing and the pool we enjoyed having and the outside shower for rinsing shoes and chairs. The near beach is lovely and the restaurant next door had great food options! We would definitely stay there again. The communication was perfect with the property manager. We have stayed in several houses in the area this year and this house was the best stocked and most welcoming! We felt completely at home. Pura Vida

Short walk to the beach

We had a nice stay here. This is a small but modern home that was a good size for 2 adults and a teen. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the towels and the washer and dryer. The small plunge pool is nice for relaxing and watching the giant iguanas (bring your binoculars) on the trees behind the house. The location is just off the main highway, in a residential area and just a short walk to one of the entrances to Marino Ballena National Park. It is a beautiful stretch of the beach, away from the crowds. From there you can walk along the beach to the "Whale's Tail" (about 45min) or watch the gorgeous sunset from anywhere on the beach. The property manager was very responsive and provided nice recommendations.

This was a prime location for our tours in the Uvita and quick drive Manuel Antonio park. The home is comfortable and clean. It was nice to dip in the pool in the late afternoon before dinner. We sat sat out

Excellent stay, for 2 people

My wife and I really loved our time here. It was our second trip to CR, first one to Uvita.The location was perfect for us. With a couple restaurants and a supermarket within a 2-5 minute walk it made cooking at home easy. The place is very clean with excellent communication and advice. My only wonder is if there was 4 adults staying there might be a storage issue for clothing as there isn’t really anywhere to put away or even to have a suitcase on the ground without it being in the way. The convenience of the washing machine was a very nice touch. But the best part of the house for us was the plunge pool. We needed to cool down a few times and it was perfect!!!!
