Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Seaside Luxury Villas. Marie-Eve was a great host and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed being just a short walk from the beach / national park, with a number of good dining options nearby. The kids loved the pool and having their own room. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property with a beautiful outdoor area and pool- it was even better than the pictures! Excellent location and Marie was a fabulous host- so helpful and accommodating. Would love to return one day!

Beautiful property, and super close to the entrance of the national park!The kitchen is well equipped, and the cabana is clean and well laid-out. Great pool, and it was amazing having access to laundry to get us through to the end of our trip! Would highly recommend :)

This property is absolutely gorgeous It is really close to beach, super markets, and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for more. The pool is a share pool but we were lucky enough to be the only family in the property so we enjoyed it very much.Marie the host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely go back.

Clean, safe, and comfortable. The pool was amazing. Check in was a little rough insofar as the host was also traveling and we had not received check in instructions beforehand but the hotel receptionist next door was able to reach the host and provide the instructions. Other than that, it was a great stay at a great property.

Perfect location for three adults

The location was beautiful and tranquil, near everything, the dive School, whale watching and the beach.. Marie Eve was very helpful when my son got very sick from something he ate. We recommend the location highly.

Awesome place and location

We loved this place. The pool was fantastic and it was very close to many restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable. Secure parking. My teenage son and I stayed here. Two large comfortable bedrooms and 2 bath/showers. I would highly recommend.

Private beautiful villa with shared pool close to main park entrance

Great Host - quick communication- very comfortable- safe - secure parking Close to the enterance to the Whale Tail part of the park. Good sized rooms great high pressure showers some of the best I have experienced in Costa Rica! I highly recommend

Well laid out room with the largest "real" king-size beds. Hot water in all faucets, decent AC, convenient washer and dryer, and an absolute gem of a swimming pool/grotto. The kitchen is well equipt. Host was super responsive and the cat, coco, is super friendly.

What a wonderful stay! The home and location were absolutely beautiful, with everything we needed close by. The beach, pool, and yard were all stunning and made for the perfect getaway. Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and so helpful throughout our visit.When we arrived in the afternoon, everything was perfectly prepared for us—the home was spotless, refreshing water was chilled in the fridge, and a thoughtful bottle of wine was waiting on the counter. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had the best night’s sleep. We loved grilling dinner and relaxing by the pool and patio in the evenings.If you’re visiting Uvita, this is the place to stay—you won’t be disappointed!

Little Paradise

We loved every second of our stay. This place is a little paradise surrounded by exotic trees that attract many species of birds. The salt pool is great. the kitchen and the barbecue area are perfect for making our own small meals. The interior space of the villa is very well furnished and the bed is very comfortable. The short walk to the entrance to the park is easy. We had an unforgettable stay and will come back to your place for sure Thank you for the advice, you are a remarkable host.

Wir hatten als Familie 5 tolle Tage in Villa 2 und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war toll, der Pool perfekt und Marie hat immer schnell geantwortet, wenn doch mal eine Frage im Raum stand.Den Pool teilt man sich mit einer weiteren Villa auf dem Grundstück, da diese aber zu unserer Zeit nicht vermietet war konnten wir den Pool mit Kindl ganz für uns nutzen.Wir können Marie und ihre Häuser daher nur weiterempfehlen und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
