3bedroom 2.5 bath located in a quiet neighborhood in lower moonridge. Close to Bear Mountain Ski Resort-Zoo and Golf Course

This cute original Big Bear cabin has all the charm and tranquility that you could ask for in a Mountain get away. There are 3 bedrooms all upstairs and 2 and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Large living room for the family and a large deck off the front of the house. This home is located in the lower Moonridge area which is very close to Bear Mtn Ski Resort, Moonridge Zoo and the Bear Mtn Golf Course.
Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

~ Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking,coffee maker, dishes and cookware are provided.
~ 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 4 dishwasher pods and 4 trashbags are provided.
~ Kitchen dish soap and dish towels are provided
~Propane grill on the deck, Propane is provided
~Bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body washare provided
~You will need heavy-duty trash bags for your trash, not provided. City code requires all guests to deposit their trash at the local dumpsite upon departure. Directions to the site are provided at the cabin.
~During cold weather you will probably want to bring firewood for the fireplace or you can purchase at local stores when you arrive.
~“Things Good To Know” are posted on the refrigerator door for you.

We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.
