Had a wonderful week long stay. Communication was excellent. The house was even better then described. Has everything you need all u need to do is bring your clothes Thank you we will definitely be back.

Perfect Place to See the 2024 Solar Eclipse

We had the luxury of being the 1st people into the house following the kitchen and bathroom renovations. They did an excellent work on the renovations. We enjoyed watching the ships pass-by read books by the fire and cook in the new kitchen. Kids enjoyed playing on the hill and the beach, even with the River temp near freezing.

Gorgeous view!!

We have been traveling to the 1000 islands for many years!! This is the first year we have decided to stay somewhere different and for the most part had an awesome experience!! Everything was very clean and put together the screened in porch was another big plus to be able to watch all the ships!! I think my only real complaint was how long it took for anyone to get back to me! My confirmation email came but had no check in information for key codes or anything so I messaged the host and I still have not received a response! But otherwise very lovely and nice place to stay right on the channel!!

Wonderful waterfront spot! Clean, close to town, family and dog friendly, charming home. We appreciated all the bedrooms with good beds and linens, remodeled and clean bathrooms and kitchen, and all the necessary items for cooking meals. Host was responsive and it was easy to park and check in. Highly recommend for a nice Clayton stay as good rentals like these are hard to find. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was well appointed and clean. Daniel was very responsive. At times we had 8 family members staying at the property and we had plenty of room. We also had two dogs most of our stay. There was plenty of parking. The two bathrooms and kitchen have recently been remodeled. There were plenty of fans available. The cottage also has a window AC unit in the bedroom downstairs and one in a bedroom upstairs. There is also a mini split AC unit in the family room. A large washer and dryer are available for use. We enjoyed spending time on the screened in front porch. There is also a very large protected dock. We rented a large pontoon boat and brought our jet ski. Both fit easily on the protected side of the dock. We also truly enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the dock watching the ships go by and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. We had a great family vacation and hope to rent the cottage again next summer.
