Guests have full use of the fully-stocked cabin and private access to the river. Relax inside by the fireplace, lay in a hammock on the full wrap around porch, make s'mores by the outside firepit, have a movie night in the basement, or soak in the hot tub!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the private riverside deck while listening to the soothing sounds of the river. Access to the river is via a common area and is subject to rules and restrictions. You cannot access the river without hiking or driving 3/4 mile to the marked area.

🛌 Comfortable Sleeping and bathrooms: The cabin offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (note that one bedroom is the loft, and does not have a privacy door). The spacious master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The sleeping loft has a queen and two twin beds, as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower. Downstairs, the basement has a separate suite and a common area equipped with games and futons. The basement master is equipped with a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The basement common area has two full sized futons. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

PETS: We are pet friendly, but only allows dogs! There is a 2 pet max for each reservation. There is a $50 one time, non refundable, pet cleaning fee per pet.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited at Troutmanor.

ID: Guests at Troutmanor will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID. Minimum age to rent is 25.

PARTIES & EVENTS: Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.
