We appreciated the quick responses to our questions even before booking. It is a challenge to find a home that is handicap accessible. This home was wonderful for those needs. We loved the primary suite. The adult children had their own side of the house. Each couple had their own bathroom. What a simple pleasure that enhanced the stay. Comfy furnishings! Well stocked! Lovely and intersesting decor. The home theatre was a godsend. We felt like we were staying at our own private resort.

I had to act act as property manager during our stay.. the hot tub wasn't filled.. the septic system had been neglected.. I had to direct the plumber and septic company to facilitate the fix.. couldn't shower or use bathrooms for two days.. a house is under construction next door and it wasn't disclosed on the listing.. loud.. really takes the v out of vrbo!!

Relaxing and getaway in the desert

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and outdoor area are amazing. We enjoyed every minute. And the house is beautiful. Close to great restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very responsive to questions.We will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Property with Outstanding Views

We loved this property. Very well maintained home a little North of Scottsdale. Easy commute to some of the best golf courses and spas around. We will definitely be coming back again.

A very beautiful private home located very close to everything you would ever need It was so beautiful we only left the house a few times we just spent time in the pool and soaked in the amazing views .Deffinalty would book this place again

This property was very clean and even better than described in the posting. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor area as much as we had planned because two of the days we were in AZ, they had torrential rain. The kitchen was well-stocked and had many spices and staple items. The house was located in a prime spot that was close to many things. The backyard and open air design was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time together. Highly recommend this property.

Our family has stayed in many Vrbo and this one far exceeds the description. It is stocked as if it is a personal home and could service a professional chef. The pool and backyard was outstanding and reflected pride of ownership. If possible I would leave my private cell phone to support my review but it is not possible. The owner and property manager acts as if you were family and had a honest desire to make your stay a five star experience. Thanks again I appreciated the opportunity to stay in your home. See you again but for longer stay.

Absolutely Excellent!

Our family had a spectacular time in this rental. The cleanliness of the home was exceptional. The photos online don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person! The home was well supplied with more than enough amenities, making it truly feel like home. It was the best stocked kitchen we have experienced which made cooking for the five of us easy. The pool, pool deck and outdoor landscaping were fantastic! We loved watching the desert wildlife while beating the heat, hanging out at the pool. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We had a very relaxing vacation and would rent again without hesitation!

We had quite a few issues. The setting is beautiful but lots of problems. First of all the first morning we woke up at 6 o’clock with Construction right next-door to us. There was no indication when we made the reservations that this Construction was going on and would start at 6 AM every morning. I did reach out on several occasions about problems with a response but no solutions. I emailed the owner after our stay about everything again and told him for the price of the home we felt like we needed some partial refund. He said he would talk to his management company, but I have never heard anything. I will briefly list the issues that we had.Very unorganized kitchen and had to wash everything before use. The first pans we took out had spiders and cobwebs. Upon arrival I spent quite sometime getting the covered patio clean. You couldn’t even sit on the chairs it was so dirty. The outdoor kitchen was very dirty and the frig had a big chunk of ice that we had to partially defrost before it would cool any drinks. The pavers on one side of the hot tub are very loose so could cause some issues with some injuries. We couldn’t get the bathtubs to hold water for about 48 hours and finally one of us figured out how to install them. One of the bedrooms blinds would not go down all of the way so they couldn’t get it dark at night and all of the windowsills were just filthy with cobwebs. The icemaker took 5 days to make ice. We had an ant problem.
