This property was perfect for our family of 6! The kayaks being delivered locally to the house was very convenient and a big hit, saw many large Iguanas in the mangroves along the shores! Too many positives to list as this neighborhood is a hidden Marathon gem with a small resort feel while having the luxury and privacy of your own home Thank you and we will be back! The Browns

This home checked all our boxes and more. All the rooms were spacious; the outdoor covered patio was the perfect hangout spot; and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The living room and dining area are very large with lots of seating. This home is also conveniently located close to tons of restaurants and activities. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any frustration. The marina and dock slip requirements were included in the listing description prior to booking. We also send the required marina information before arrival to ensure guests have the most current forms and instructions needed for their stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope you otherwise enjoyed your time with us.

Perfect house for our group of seven. Location was great. House was lovely, very well appointed, nicely decorated and furnished. House was supplied with everything you’d need (except extra to )The pool was very nice. Always clean and perfect temperature. Even though there was still construction around the channel/dock area and we had to park out front, it did not affect our stay. Really a nice place! Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable!

We recently stayed here for a family trip and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was sparkling clean and matched photos of the listing. The pool was a short walk away and so refreshing on hot afternoons! We appreciated that the kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of family games to entertain us when the weather didn’t cooperate with our outdoor plans. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

Very clean and great quality. I wish we had had more time to just relax at the rental since it had a beautiful deck, but we had a lot of back to back plans.Super easy check-in process and they gave a lot of information about the area I plan to use for a future stay.

Relaxing, peaceful getaway

Loved this property and all the included extras. The decor and cleanliness puts it over the top! Shared pool is a huge benefit and so nice when coming in from fishing/snorkeling. Rented a boat and paid a nominal extra marina fee, also used the marina fish cleaning station. Our family will definitely book again!

Wonderful stay in Marathon!

The property was thoughtfully (and beautifully) furnished and squeaky clean! The beds were cozy and we all slept well with plenty of space to spread out between the 3 bedrooms. The property management was friendly and communicative and even left us a welcome basket of useful items. We thoroughly enjoyed our close access to the pool, and walking around the marina. The villa was conveniently located for the things we wanted to do, and parking was easy. Thank you for making our stay in the keys a wonderful one!

About as perfect as you can get

From the start, our experience was top-notch. Great communication, as Lindsay responded to all my questions quickly. Property was perfect for the fishing, snorkeling and boating we planned to do. The folks at the Boat House Marina took all the stress out of launching, storing the trailer, and pulling the boat out at check out. Property was clean and well appointed with a coastal theme. Would not hesitate to book again!

Perfect vacation spot!

We had the best stay! Location, house, everything was perfect. Beautiful home with all necessary kitchen appliances plus a few good extras! The weather was perfect so the adults didn’t need games, but plenty of games for adults and our two kids had a blast with the games the little we were inside. The fishing situation was great too with the marina next door, a bait freezer on the porch and our boat right outside the back door. The pool was quiet, spacious and great for little kids and adults alike! Lindsey was so helpful the few times we had questions too. We can’t wait to return!
