This beautiful and spacious villa is in Marathon, FL and is just one mile from the spectacular and famous Sombrero Beach. Sombrero Beach is the perfect place for a beach day with bathrooms, showers, a fishing pier, playground and beach volleyball.

This perfect vacation home has a great combination of outdoor and indoor living enjoyment. The main floor, open concept design, allows for cooking, dining and living rooms to be enjoyed by all. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with dual sinks. This home has 1 king, 2 queen beds and single and full bunk beds. The main floor has a bedroom and full bath, which has two entrance options, one from the bedroom and another from the kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite and new stainless steel appliances, 3 smart TV's and high speed internet to keep you connected. 

You can step out to the fully furnished outside patio, located on the main level or head outside to the downstairs area, where you will find your own private pool, heating option available, as well as a shaded dining sitting area. You can also enjoy the lounge chairs around the pool, where you can comfortably sun bathe. Bring your catch of the day back to the villa and cook it on the included BBQ gas grill or take it to one of the nearby restaurants.

You are just a ten-minute leisurely boat ride to either the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf, where you can catch dinner or just enjoy a day out at a nearby sandbar. You can keep your bait handy in the bait freezer and clean your catch at the convenient fish cleaning station.

Large driveway with plenty of parking is available for vehicles and trailer. Downstairs on the patio is an extra full sized refrigerator and freezer to keep all your bait and beverages ready to load onto your boat for a day on the water.

This villa is conveniently located on Sombrero Beach Road, just 1/2 mile from a grocery store (Publix) and KMart, easy access without getting into traffic.
