★Please keep in mind that profiles with a review rating lower than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property using the Instant Book feature. If, for any reason, a reservation is confirmed through the system, it may be canceled. For guests with new profiles or no reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and are subject to screening and questioning before the reservation is confirmed.
★Please note that a rental agreement will be sent after a booking is confirmed. The guest is required to sign it in order to gain access to the property.
★For guests with no reviews, negative reviews, or unverified profiles, a $300 USD refundable damage deposit will be required. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no missing items, damages, or other issues with the property following your stay.

PET WASTE POLICY:
★Outdoor Relief Only: Please ensure your pet relieves itself outside. Indoor accidents, including the use of potty pads, are not permitted.
★Clean Up After Your Pet: Guests must promptly pick up and dispose of any pet waste.
★Indoor Accidents & Fees: Any instance of your pet urinating or defecating indoors will be considered a violation of our house rules. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if an accident occurs.
★We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space clean and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you!
★An additional fee of $20 per person, per night, will be charged for more than 4 guests.
★Please note that our property is equipped with exterior security cameras, capable of recording motion at the front, back, and side yards, as well as the doorbell, for the safety of the owner's belongings.
★In summer, if you're sensitive to mosquitoes, please consider bringing your own bug spray, as they may still be present despite pest control efforts.
★Toilet Use: Only toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet. Items such as flushable wipes, feminine products, or diapers should not be flushed due to the sensitive nature of the plumbing system. Please dispose of these items in the trash. If a clog is discovered during or after your departure, a charge of $300 to $1,000 will be assessed to cover necessary repairs.
