Small attached owner suite with separate entrance, where the owner lives. No shared spaces.

Great location

Nice mountain getaway with lots of space. Grandkids loved the game room. Thanks for providing the sleds for sledding.

Beautiful view and spacious home

Owners helped us out big time after we got to CO and our previous booking wasn’t going to work for us. The view from the deck is breathtaking. Clean space with plenty of room for everyone. We saw lots of wildlife in the quiet neighborhood, we even saw a deer at the back door one morning. Beautiful place that we definitely will be back to stay in.

Diaz takes the mountain!!

Scott was a gracious host and completely understanding, even when I locked myself out the house with one of his pillows! Location is perfectly situated near everything Colorado Springs has to offer!! We look forward to starting a tradition and telling all our local Houston folks about the perfect spot

Not for 20 people

It says it sleeps 20 but I wouldn’t recommend more than 10 unless you do not mind cots or sofa’s. There were a total of 9 beds (counting bunks and trundle and all were either twin or full except for two queen or kings.

Mother-daughter weekend

The house is in a beautiful location and had lots of room for our big group. We had an unfortunate experience of a water main break that left us without water for a day which was frustrating but not the fault of the hosts by any means. Some of the appliances are a bit out dated, specifically the stove. It was functional but some of the burners got warm at best. There are some interesting features in this home, one being a balcony over one of the bedrooms acessed by a small door in the master bathroom. While the kids thought this looked like a lot of fun the railing was not stable and made the adults very nervous. We quickly decided this area was off limits. We were disappointed that the temp of the hot tub was kept pretty low and was too cold to use the first night. We did enjoy it after allowijg it to warm.up overnight.

Beautiful area

Was easy to get a hold of the host. House had some things that needed to be fixed, but we’re not able to get fixed during our stay. Overall it was good
