Welcome to this adorable North Charleston home! This property is recently renovated and has so much to offer! It'is close to Charleston attractions and event venues. Families and young couples reside in this neighborhood, You will find homes that have been expertly renovated and those that may still need a little love! Open the doors and you'll find Bohemian furnishings, a well stocked kitchen perfect for all your cooking needs, We love the diversity found in the area and guest feedback has been great, the neighborhood is up and coming. You will find homes that are remodeled, some in the process and some who could use a little love. We are proud to host here, it is a gem and we look forward to sharing it with you.
Rental Agreement will contain house rules- this must be signed and returned the day of booking. No exceptions.

We love hosting! We have been investing in real estate since 2011 in various ways! Our favorite investment has been diving into the world of Short Term Rentals! It began for us on a family trip to the Outer Banks. We decided to try something new and a bit different than a hotel. We wanted access to a full kitchen and living room with a great view. We never looked back! We travel as much as possible, have our own STR's and expertly manage for others! As hosts our goal s always to provide the very best experience possible!
