Popular Single story home in quiet Wescott Community backs up to the Golf Course in Summerville. Enjoy watching the golfers go by while enjoying your coffee in the kitchen. 15-20 minutes to Old Town Summerville, and only 25-30 minutes away from downtown Charleston.

Absolutely NO SMOKERS allowed to stay in the home!! Even if you smoke during the day at work and say you will smoke outside....We can NOT have people who smoke, stay in our home, PLEASE respect that!!

Fully furnished 3-bedroom home with King bed in Master Bedroom, with big walk in closet, separate shower and soaking bathtub. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen and double bed, that share a full bathroom with 1 sink and tub/shower combo. Additional Den off the large open Family room and fully stocked Kitchen with appliances and everything you should need for cooking meals. Relax and experience the magic of Summerville in our home. Quiet neighborhood, so no parties please! If you spill on the carpet, please use carpet cleaner. Thank you for leaving it how you found it.

Home was bright, spacious and location was perfect. Quiet enough where you felt safe walking through the community, but within close proximity of restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very responsive, and I appreciated the dedicated workspace. We will definitely return.

Second time staying at this home and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but only a couple miles from many stores and restaurants. The sidewalks and trees in the neighborhood make for pleasant walking conditions, especially early in the morning before it gets hot. We only utilized 1 bed but I have to imagine the other 2 are just as comfortable and we especially love the pillows. The kitchen is well stocked. There are also chairs on the front porch and the chairs on the back of the house have a view of the adjacent golf course. All in all, a lovely house that I recommend highly.

Golf course was our backyard which was awesome. Rooms were big, location to places were nearby, and host was quick to respond questions.Master bedroom was big with a nice bathroom. Two other rooms were big too; however, no ceiling fans.

The very first issue we had was the key code was changed and I was not notified.called the number and the owner was able to rectify the problem. I don’t believe the housekeeper is doing a sufficient job. Woodworking and walls in bathroom were not clean , garbage cans were dirty. Some Utensils in Kitchen were broken, dishes were not clean. We had to wash everything we used first. Table under placemats was dirty. The ceiling Fan in the living room does not work.i also have never stayed in a place were there were so many personal items.The GPS takes you to the wrong address, about 5/6 house away.

I take great pride in our home and have been fortunate to consistently receive five-star reviews from my guests, so we take any concerns seriously. The entry code had been changed just prior to your arrival, and unfortunately the updated information did not reach you as intended. We were glad we were able to correct that promptly when you called.(mistakes happen) We have also followed up with our housekeeping team regarding the items you mentioned and will be checking those items for future guests. Occasionally a previous guest may put away a dish that was not properly cleaned or return a damaged utensil to a drawer, instead of throwing it away,making it difficult for our cleaning team to catch every item, but we appreciate having it brought to our attention so it can be addressed. We value our guests and will continue doing everything we can to provide the clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay reflected in the many wonderful reviews we’ve received over the years.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The house is just as advertised. The furnishings are very nice and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. The surrounding is nice, quiet, and peaceful. Some of the other houses we have stayed in Summerville often have ambulance, police, and fire engine noise but we heard none at this house. Jeanette, the host, was very quick to answer the couple of questions I had. We look forward to staying again!

Relax and vidit

We drove daily to the attractions around Charleston. House was nice and quiet in the evenings. Plenty of room to sit and visit in comfort.

The house met all of our needs as a place to recover from surgery as well as provide space for caregivers of patient. We were able to cook healthy meals which was one of my biggest needs.

Summerville Stay

We came to visit my son who is in the nuclear school within the US Navy. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space, the mattresses seemed were just ok but certainly got the job done. Overall I am pleased with the product I purchased.

Wanted to bring the house with me!

This property was a huge winner for my family. We were in town for my baby girls last competitive dance nationals. The house was gorgeous the open space from the front door the kitchen was a winner. The items in the kitchen made me feel like I was at home, even though we were not there during the day too much it just felt like my home. Access to washer and dryer, beach towels, regular towels, the kitchen, etc. 10 out of 10. like home. If I’m ever in that area again, I will be contacting the property owners for another stay. The neighborhood was gorgeous.

We spent Christmas at this property and had a wonderful visit with our daughter and granddaughter. The location was a bonus - quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. With so much room, our granddaughter spent one night with us which was a plus. The backyard patio with a table and chairs was a great spot! We sat outside and watched two beautiful sunsets while we were there. Fortunately, the weather was perfect. It is also a perfect place for joggers or walkers since it is right on the golf course which has a sidewalk all around it. I noticed other reviews mentioned the kitchen accommodations - we cooked Christmas dinner easily except we could have used a couple of saucepans. Other than that, we had a plethora of dishes for our dinner. Also, I will endorse what other reviewers have said about the host, Jeannette. She was prompt in answering any question I had. A great host! We had a very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The host was very responsive to our needs. There were a few lights that didn’t work, but it didn’t affect our stay significantly. It was a cute and comfy home in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and met all our needs, plus some nice extras. Very quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to Charleston. Communication from the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
