New construction!! Above garage apartment with separate and private entrance. Park right in front of unit. Walk to uptown or hop on the Gold Rail and enjoy all that uptown Charlotte has to offer. Charlotte FC, Charlotte Knights baseball, Carolina Panthers and great concerts going on. Fully furnished with comfortable queen bed, workspace, kitchen table, large hanging tv’s in bedroom and main room. Great WIFI. Covered veranda with seating. Steps away from Blue Blaze Brewery and greenway.
The space
Bedroom with queen size bed, mattress topper, remote fan and 55" hanging smart TV. Full bath with stand up shower and rain head. Includes towels, toiletries and hairdryer. Living room includes loveseat, coffee table, remote fan and 55" hanging smart TV. Dining area with table for 2 and workspace with desk and chair close by. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Full set of dishes, main cooking utensils and accessories for cooking and Kuerig with K-cups also included. Drawer pull trashcan and recycle.

Guests will have access to everything other than the garage. That is for owner use only.
