The Host, Zandra, was amazing. She was extremely understanding and helpful. When we arrived, the property didn't have electricity, and she immediately took action to get it restored. I would stay at her home again. I recommend her home to my family and friends.

Gorgeous and Comfortable Home

The house was beautiful and well-maintained. A great home for a family vacation to PR. We woukd definitely stay here again.

The best stay in san juan

The most Beautiful, cleanless and most elegant place i ever stayed at photo dont do it justice size is bigger then u think also the nicest owners you will ever meet ...everything is close by restaraunt ,stores ,mall..realy close too airport. Will deffently reccomend these stay and will deffently return...

PR home

The house was absolutely cleaned, beautiful and modern. A/C on all the rooms, family room and Laundry/play area. Enough parking for 3-4 cars. Check in/out was a breeze. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Her attention to details was outstanding. Definitely a place that I would comeback. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing home!

Zandra was such an amazing host and her home was gorgeous. Communication with her was consistent and dependable. It made our stay in Bayamon incredibly comfortable. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the house and it worked well. Everything was clean and modern. My family in Puerto Rico lives close to this property, so without a doubt we will be staying here again. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay somewhere residential, but still close to tourist areas. It was such a wonderful experience!

2nd time at this wonderful home and not the last!

We ended up re-booking this Bayamon house during our 2-week stay in Puerto Rico. Originally we were going to stay in a hotel for our 2nd half of the trip, but we loved the house so much we decided to stay here instead, and we don't regret the decision! We stayed in this home during the island power outage on new years eve, which impacted everyone on the island. We were without power for a few hours that day, but we got power back relatively soon. It seemed like the block this house is on got power back much sooner than other parts of the island. Power outages are unfortunately not rare in Puerto Rico, but this house and Zandra made the experience manageable. Even with the power out, the house was comfortable and has a beautiful back patio area that we were able to spend our time when being inside with the AC wasn't an option. Thank you Zandra for everything, we can't wait to be back 3

Would stay here again

The house was impeccably clean, the beds soft and comfy, kitchen and linen closets stocked with all the necessities, even the laundry had detergent pods and cold ac in addition to cold ac in every other room. Appreciated the little details throughout the house that made us feel welcomed. Checkin/out was a breeze thanks to host’s video instructions. Tv had ready to use programs like netflix. About 30 min to destination tourist spots and ubering was cheap. I do want to note there is no electrical outlet in the hallway bathroom and the room facing the street has an electrical outlet too far from the closet mirror so that was inconvenient when trying to using the hairdryer and straightener. It can get noisy outside and of course the room facing the outside gets most of the blunt. The neighborhood is so so but I did feel safe overall. One of the neighboring houses seem to have ‘loud’ inhabitants but I sleep like a rock so it was not a deal breaker for me. All in all, I would stay here again.
