Ultra Luxury 708 is a privately owned condominium onsite the Jewel Grande Resort. We are located in Rose Hall St.James ten minutes away from the Sangsters International airport. Our home is spacious with a beautiful ocean front balcony, Wi-Fi, AC, hot water ,cable and everything that caters to one's needs.
The space
Beautiful condo on the ocean with grand landscaping. Ability to prepare own meals in a full kitchen!Perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation!
The space is made up of 1 master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom with standing shower and soak tub, walk in closet with safety deposit, a living room with sofa and sofa bed adjoining the kitchen. There is a second bathroom just down the hall or upon entrance of the apartment.
N.B .FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE COST OF THIS RENTAL.
ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE TIME MANDATORY CLEANING FEE OF $50 UPON CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT DESK.
THIS FEE IS CHARGED BY THE HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING TEAM SINCE THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN THE ROOM AFTER EACH GUEST DEPARTURE.
