It was wonderful staying at your villa! We couldn’t have felt more welcome. From the little Gifts at the entry, to the bottled water, to the tea and coffee, ready to go! We loved sitting outside on our own veranda, looking out at the water every morning and evening. This villa was very strategically located to some of the best food we’ve had. Very close to Liverpool restaurants and beach. Cheryl was an awesome landlord. The grounds are meticulous. I would come here again and recommend it highly.

Lobster Pound Review

We stayed in the Lobster Pound unit of The Breakwater - absolutely amazing! The place was so thoughtfully laid out, everything you could possibly need was there, beds were comfy, view fantastic, location ideal and quiet. On top of that, Cheryl and Stewart were warm, friendly and inviting people. Could not have enjoyed our stay there more, and look forward to returning!!!

Perfection

The villa is beautiful, so tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Such attention to detail and everything you could possibly need, even binoculars to watch the wildlife in Liverpool Bay. The location is stunning, right on the water with open views from every window. This is the best place we have ever rented, and we can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa was beautiful and well stocked! Cheryl was so friendly and even brought us delicious treats one evening. When we visit the area again, this will definitely be where we’ll stay!

Myself and three of my girlfriends were looking for a relaxing weekend on the water and we found it.What a beautiful well thoughtout spot!The grounds are absolutely stunning with beautiful views and the inside decor is so tastefully decorated with so much space.This is definitely a place I will be recommending to many.
