Upon stepping into this property, you`ll immediately sense the comfort of your vacation home. The family living room offers ample seating with a large L-shaped sofa, a charming wood-burning fireplace, a 50” smart HDTV equipped with a Blu-ray DVD player, and tasteful mountain-themed decor. This space also includes a convenient laptop/desk nook and access to a private balcony. Whether you`re planning a winter ski getaway or attending the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, this destination is tailor-made for your needs.

The updated chef’s kitchen showcases brand-new stainless steel appliances, elegant hardwood cabinetry, stunning granite countertops, and travertine tile flooring. The suite of stainless steel appliances includes a side-by-side fridge with filtered ice and water, convection oven with inductions stovetop, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. - Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

-A $200 refundable deposit or a $30 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
