This wonderful 2-bed, 2-bath condominium (980 sq. ft.), is in much sought after Snowflower complex at Park City Mountain Resort, located just steps away from the Eagle and First Time trails. Remodeled for 2023 with new flooring and kitchen counters. Spacious master suite has king-size bed, large ceiling fan with shower and bath; second bedroom has a queen bed with twin XL over, ceiling fan and a separate bathroom with shower and deep hot tub! New queen-size sofabed in living room. Fully equipped, modern kitchen to cater for 8, with breakfast bar and separate dining table. Living room with cozy gas fireplace, internet enabled cable TV with sound system & free high-speed wi-fi internet. Assorted puzzles, games & cards complete a cozy night in after a long day on the mountain! Balcony with views through the trees of The Uinta mountains to East. (facing away from ski runs, ensures a quiet night without disturbance of snow-making equipment and groomers!)

Guests have full access to heated locker room with private lockable ski locker, and tuning bench for safe storage of skis & boards.
Fully equipped modern fitness room is in next building and there are two heated outdoor pools, one adjacent to the condo (can look down on it from just outside front door) and second a short walk away. Two tennis / pickle ball courts, several barbecue grills and picnic tables on shady lawn outside condo are perfect for summer use.

Happy to help with discounted rates for equipment hire and suggestions for what to do whilst in town - where to eat, airport transfers etc.

Snowflower is unique in Park City because it offers truly ski in ski out accommodations in a secluded private setting. There is no road or late night street noise in this development. In the summer, it has beautiful cool and shady areas to enjoy, and these transform into a safe winter wonderland for kids in the winter.

Condo is 200m to the local bus route, which takes you all over Park City, and to grocery stores, liquor store, cinemas etc.
There is a covered heated garage and each guest will have access to a parking permit for the duration of their stay.

There are so many great things about this location it is hard to know where to begin. First Susie the host was outstanding, very responsive, we had a toaster that was partially malfunctioning but usable and she ran out and got us another. The condo was very comfy, clean and well equipped. A great balcony that looked out on the forest, from which we saw many deer, moose (one day a mother and her baby), and turkey. The complex was very clean and quiet, the grounds were exceptional. A clean and well maintained pool and 2 jacuzzis. An actual comfy couch which is rare in vacation rental sofa beds. A great tv system with live channels and streaming, intuitive and simple to operate. We will definitely be back!

The condo was as described, had a great time with the kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect, short walk to the lifts.

Easy ski in/ski out, great location!

We had a great stay at the Snowflower condo. The location is great, a quick walk to the resort center, lifts right outside the door, and close to Main Street. The heated pool was perfect after a long day on the slopes and the gas fireplace kept us cozy.

Awesome Park City stay

We loved staying at this condo. Couldn’t possibly be a better location for ski in and out access! Hot tub was perfect for after a long day on the slopes too! I highly recommend this property and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Outstanding location. Well furnished, clean, comfortable beds, and equipped kitchen. Covered parking, ski lockers, and a heated pool on property. Susie is most attentive and helpful!

Park City Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and clean. Very accessible skiing even with poor snow this year. Highly recommended.

Park City Great Location!

Great Location! Easy in and out for parking and skiing. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Would have liked more towels or bigger towels for hot tub/pool. Great facilities with laundry room close and hot tub close.

I'm so glad you loved the location and everything about the condo. We purposely leave out at least 2 bath sized towels per person plus a few extra. I'm sorry this was not sufficient for your needs. We do not leave larger towels as there is simply not enough storage or drying space for that much wet laundry. We are also acutely aware of keeping our footprint as green as possible in an effort to be part of preserving our precious mountain town life. I hope this makes sense, Susie.

Everything I was Hoping For!

The stay was amazing and we are super happy with location. Thr property manager was friendly and available. The accommodations were clean and we love getting in the Jacuzzi after skiing all day 😀

Lovely slope side

We loved the convenience of walking to the Eagle lift. The condo was comfy and safe. Highly recommend.

Accommodations and views were great.

The unit was well stocked and furnished. The location was close to downtown Park City. The balcony looked out on a historic cemetery that had a forest of aspen trees which included a lot of interesting wildlife.

Convenient ski stay

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is conveniently located to ski in and ski out. The beds were comfortable, water, pressure and temperature in the showers are also very good. Property manager was very responsive. Uber conveniently picks up/drops off in the garage. We had a wonderful ski vacation.

Great for families

Great location. Took the eagle lift every morning and avoided the crowd at the base and the early morning crowds at Bonanza. Easy walking to restaurants in the village. Short bus ride to town. Didn’t need a car.

Great Ski on/off property

Excellent location with true ski on/off opportunity. Ski locker is warm and clean, makes for easy storage of gear and just a few short steps to the slopes! You may hear ppl walking in unit above but other than that it’s great!

Originally from the UK, I moved to the East Coast of the U.S. in 2005. After many wonderful years skiing with my four children at Jay Peak, Vermont, we visited Utah a few times and completely fell in love with it. In 2012, we made the move to Park City and have never looked back.
We truly adore life here in both summer and winter. Utah is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, and I love sharing my family’s passion for the mountains with our guests. Whether you’re looking for recommendations on skiing, biking, hiking, dining, or local hidden gems, we’re always happy to help. We also love hearing our guests’ favorite discoveries and adventures. With a family of 4 children, I have learned the hard way that Ski-on Ski-off makes for the best experience. We chose the Snowflower complex in Park City because it has the best value access to the snow and the location is beautiful. We have a spacious, quiet, 2 bedroom condo, with beautiful rural views as well as great summer and winter amenities on site, yet we are also directly on the mountain and within minutes of the buzz of Main Street and grocery stores etc.

The woodland view is stunning, especially in the fall. We love the quiet aspect of the condo, and the Snowflower resort complex in the summer. For winter, the location, right on the slopes says it all!!!
