Lovely place to stay very clean and comfortable. My kids loved it and enjoyed there stay, it’s a great place to stay because this is very spacious and the neighborhood seems lovely peaceful. I truly recommend it for a family vacation trip..

Property was very nice, home had everything you could need or forgot. Would stay here again. It was too cold to swim but pool looked nice. 10 to 15 minute drive to universal on the weekend.

Save and Wonderful stay in LA

The holiday home has everything you need. It is located in a clean, quiet and safe residential area. We had a really good time and I can only recommend it.

Cozy home

The home was very cozy, clean, and our family loved the pool. We stayed a week, so the washer and dryer were also very convenient. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and there was a good variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would recommend this home to others looking to stay in this area.

Relaxed Birthday Weekend

Would definitely stay again

This house is not in pristine condition and, in some areas, is in need of small adjustments. There are no major issues though and communication with the Host and the willingness of them to help in any way more than made up for any real or perceived shortcomings. We would definitely stay again in this property.

Amazing Property

We stayed as a family, and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was safe, and the amenities were so nice. The place has everything you need for a great family vacation. If I have to stay in Los Angeles again, this would be my go-to place.

Great place for small group

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The location was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well thought out for items we might need while there. The backyard was great for meals and hanging out.

Spacious home

Owner was responsive throughout questions during all points of contact. House was spacious with the perfect amount of supplies to make a comfortable stay. Weather a little too cool to enjoy pool and couldn’t find light switch for outside.

Quiet neighborhood in location that suited our needs. We are family with children so having multiple grocery, bakery, and restaurant options nearby was great. House was clean and as advertised. We all enjoyed our stay.

Universal Studios Vacay

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home perfect for our trip to visit Universal Studios. We didn't use the pool but enjoyed the pool table. The washer and dryer were great to have.

Our Cali Vacation

We were very happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool table; my son and I played pool until late in the evening one night. It was convenient to have the kitchen, which we used each evening and morning. We also grilled outside the first night on the BBQ, which was very convenient. Our bed was super comfortable and so we slept really good. I might suggest investing in one or two short cue sticks since the walls are a little close to the pool table in a few areas. The pool outside looked very nice, but it was too cold for us to swim. We noticed your outdoor patio which looked nice, but we didn't use it.

Reseda House - For Universal Studios

I booked this house for my family to stay in Southern California for a few days so we could go to Universal Studios. The home is close to Universal. However, please make sure you allow enough time for traffic on the freeway. The house was as described with one exception, that one exception was one reason why I booked this house, and that a hot tub was listed. However, the host responded and said that was an error and that issue has been corrected. The host was always very quick to respond. The home appears to have been recently remodeled, and came very well stocked with basic needs. The house was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and I would stay at this property again.

Disappointing

The pictures are accurate in what they show, they don’t really tell the whole story. We read the reviews and were very excited until we drove up to the house. Getting in the front door is challenging. There are two locks and they have to be opened just so. In the pouring rain fiddling with the locks was frustrating. Once inside there is no entry way or closets to set anything so we left our coats on the floor in the living room. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with the bare minimum number of cooking utensils. One medium size frying pan, one small pot, one large pot and a broiler pan and a few knives. There are no mixing bowls, measuring utensils, whisks, oven mitts or anything else. The coffee maker only makes one cup at a time from regular coffee grounds. There is a spice rack, salt, and pepper, but bring everything you might need. The bedrooms are small and have only a bed. There are no night tables or any place to store clothes, so we had to live out of suitcases that we left in the hall. The only outlet in the master is under the bed so to charge a phone it must be on the floor as there is nothing to set it on. The bathrooms look nice, but all they have is a pedestal sink and no counter space to set cosmetics, shaving stull etc. The pool table looks fun but is set too close to the wall and fireplace so there isn’t enough room to pull back the cue stick. It also needs to be resurfaced. Essentially useless. The couch and love seat in the living room are fairly co

Good Freeway Access - Quiet Neighborhood

We liked the neighborhood and the ease of access to the freeway. It was nice having three private bedrooms. The wifi was good. Nice and close to Trader Joes for sundry items. Off street parking was an advantage. Nothing fancy, though. Just a basic house with basic furnishings.
