The house was beautiful and the pool was relaxing and a very nice way to end our busy days. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and full of helpful and historical information.

It was one of the most memorable stays that we've ever had. Kat and Logan are wonderful hosts. The guest house is stunning and top that off with a hot tub and pool makes for an amazing getaway. We would 100% return again. I want to again thank Kat for being an amazing host and ensuring we had a relaxing stay.

This property is very beautiful and comfortable. Not very private as you are attached to the main house and share the back yard space, but beautiful, quite and comfortable non the less.

Great place to return each night from busy city and sightseeing. Yard is well manicured with beautiful gardens, plenty areas to relax. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. House has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen even had good selection of seasonings and oils, teas and coffee. 2 Nice large bathrooms helped our family of 5... especially with 2 teenage daughters. We enjoyed chatting with owners and kids enjoyed playing with . They always made themselves available for any of your needs, but not intrusive at all. We would definitely look to stay here again and recommend to all.

The backyard pool, hot tub and garden area was our favorite zen place to relax each morning. Our hosts, Kat and Logan, were wonderful and so easy to communicate with. We loved our stay here.

Our time in town was short, but that did not matter to the hosts, Kat and Logan. This home is perfect for going out, enjoying all things in and around LA and coming back to a quiet, secluded, relaxing home. You can put your feet up and relax in the pool and hot tub while giving all the belly rubs to a super sweet pup. 10/10, would absolutely stay again and for a much longer stay.

The stay at the Lander's guest house was simply idyllic. As former Southern Californians, the beautiful and expansive garden was such a nostalgic joy to behold while swimming or just lounging in the yard. The area is safe. Kat and Logan are very friendly and normal, just like old friends you've always known. My kids and I were at Universal Studios all day and then enjoyed the house and pool after. Definitely better than a hotel. Everything was very comfortable.

The property is an oasis of succulents. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The house is spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for 2-6. It is well located with the LA area. I would definitely stay again. Hosts are welcoming and helpful with recommendations or reasonable requests.

This was our second stay in the past year and our hosts are terrific. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and offers a great location to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc.

What an amazing place! It was so comfortable, yard was spectacular. We had a blast at Universal and then came back to a lush oasis where we enjoyed the hot tub and surroundings. Hosts were so friendly, just a great place!!

Great Location and Very Relaxing

Stayed two nights and it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and just what we needed. Just a short drive to Universal Studios but away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful backyard and very relaxing.

Very welcoming hosts. Stay was very comfortable. They are available 24/7. Everything was near by- restaurants, grocery stores. Enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely backyard too.

Our hosts couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. The home was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The backyard is gorgeous. If the property is available, we would definitely stay there again.

This was perfectly located for our trip visiting family. The property has a lot of space and worked amazing for our little family. The host was so accommodating and wonderful! Definitely would book again!

Kat was the ideal hostess, there when we needed and not when we didn`t. Everything we needed was in the property and the garden was delightful retreat from the city.

The entire home was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and for outdoor use. Fully equipped kitchen, great air conditioning for those warm evenings. Beautiful garden and refreshing swimming pool. We used the hot tub a lot and our hosts were always quick to turn it on and off for us. Perfect location for our needs and we slept so well.

Lovely Getaway

Our family had such a nice stay at Logan & Kat’s beautiful guest home. The yard is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, & serene. The pool & hot tub provided endless entertainment for our three young kids & a relaxing escape for our whole family. Great neighborhood & location. Logan & Kat are accommodating & responsive hosts.

Beautiful home and yard with kind knowledgeable hosts!

What a gorgeous and clean home this was! Our family of 5 fit perfectly in this home, which was centrally located and a breeze to get in and out of. The backyard was gorgeous and the home had everything we needed and more. Be sure to checkout their suggested restaurants as they were great recommendations! We will definitely stay here again!
