The house was perfect for the family with young kids. The host was very responsive and the house was very accommodating. House was very clean and kids really enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room for us to hang out and lounge. The backyard was beautiful and had lots of room to lounge. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for all of our stuff. Bob was great and very responsive with any questions we had. The driveway was perfect for our boat and trailer. We will definitely stay here again!

Bullhead city family get away

We had a great time at this house as it was really close to Katherine's landing and not too far from the big bend. Owner was nice and we really enjoyed staying at a home instead of a hotel room.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Literally mins away from the lake and the casinos ! The house was super clean, had everything we needed. The backyard was very beautiful , my son enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Bob this trip was definitely a great one.

Bob and Jamie are retired and moved to Bullhead City full time in 2014. The house we are renting out on Mccormick was originally our vacation home and in 2020 we built a new house in the area.

This property is clean and fully furnished. It has a large covered patio/bbq area off the house and in-ground pool that was built in 2016. Plenty of backyard with views of mountains and valley. There are many activities to do with the Colorado River, Lake Mohave, and the Laughlin casinos minutes away
