Welcome to our Surfside Retreat! Gorgeous end-unit townhouse, conveniently located just off Capitol Beach, for gorgeous views of the lake sunrises and sunsets and to enjoy the walking trail. Relax on the private patio with grill. The clubhouse is close by - to enjoy the pool, fitness center, and game tables.

Great location if attending things in Downtown Lincoln. Cozy and comfortable place. High quality grill. Doesn't have lake views but would love to stay here again.

Very clean and updated. Conveniently located. Close to interstate but white noise machines provided. We got used to noise by 2nd night so not an issue. Absolutely smooth with booking, check-in, communication and check out

What a wonderful place to stay during our recent trip to Lincoln. Deb was the most accommodating host and we did not lack for anything while we were there! We would recommend this place to others for an enjoyable experience.

Perfect weekend home for my family. The kids could have their own rooms and spread out. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen didn't have very many cooking utensils but we made it work. Loved having access to a gym! Debra was a great communicator :)

UNL visit

Beautiful, clean, comfortable property with all the amenities we needed. Good location. Teenagers loved the pool. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We hope to stay at this location again.

Great location for our large group for the NE football game. Everything was lovely and clean. Response to question was quick! Loved the clubhouse with game room, fitness center - and coffee machine!

Perfect space for our visit with grandkids. Check-in was very easy, Debi was very responsive to questions and the townhome layout was ideal. The kids loved the pool! My grand-daughter wanted us to buy it! We will return!

Great location and host

Loved the location and size of this townhome! It is right off of I80 and close to many local attractions (children's zoo, sunken garden, museum of speed, Haymarket area, campus). We also enjoyed that the clubhouse, fitness center and pool were a very short walk away and that Casey's was around the corner. Parking in the 2 car garage was also nice. Deb was great to work with and is very responsive!

This rental is absolutely the best!!! Deb is an amazing host! Absolutely loved the communication from start to finish. It was such a great home for our stay while attending the NCAA Volleyball Tournament Championship!!! Parking was ideal for our RV van. My husband realized after returning home that he left his bag. I contacted Deb and she went out of her way to make sure it got back to him. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Lincoln!

Great place. Would stay again for a football weekend. Ac worked well on the hottest weekend of the summer. Perfect location for memorial stadium. Could have walked if it wasn’t so hott.
