Roadtrip oasis

This home was a great location and situation for 2 single females traveling with a dog across the country. Being able to lock the car in the carport was such a blessing. The home was clean and very comfortable. We had a great evening!

Loved the place!

Loved everything about the house! It's really cute and updated with a nice fenced in backyard. Beds were comfy and it was close to everything. We only stayed one night but will be back as we plan to travel to Colorado a lot and it's a nice stay on our way. Communication with the owners was easy. They were responsive and helpful.

Comfortable and clean

House had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious and comfortable. Gated parking spot was a bonus.

Excellent one night stay on drive to Colorado

We have always stayed in hotels in Amarillo on our drives to Colorado. I had just assumed a VRBO would not be interested in a one night stay. I am so glad I took a look and found this amazing home. It is a very easy distance off the interstate. Great food options close by. The house is very nicely updated, very clean, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable. Best of all it has a large, well-fenced back yard for our dog to get some exercise. Excellent prompt communication with Lex. In the end it was a much better value for three adults and a dog than a hotel stay. And much more enjoyable!

Great Stay!

Everything was as described and it was an amazing stay! We were going back and forth to the Civic Center and it was a great spot for that. Very close to groceries and restaurants as well. The hosts were friendly and very responsive!

Exactly what we needed!!

Amazing stay! Cute, cozy and SO clean. We felt right at home on our roadtrip to MN! 10/10 would recommend this home for anyone traveling with pets and their family. One of the better rentals I’ve stayed at in years. And well worth the $$! Can’t say enough good things about it.

Wonderful little house!

A great house for a weekend stay in Amarillo. Pet friendly which was a huge plus! The yard is fenced in, enclosed well enough if you don’t have a wondering dog (some small holes in the fences and the neighbors’ dogs made a ruckus). The house was so clean, so cute with everything needed. The host left us snacks, water, and some candy. The bathroom shower was excellent!! The neighborhood was very secure, I felt very safe even leaving at an early morning hour. I will be staying with this host again if I ever come back through Amarillo.

Wonderful time.

One night stop over on our way to Colorado. Traveling with 2 dogs. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our pups. We slept amazingly well. Everything was wonderful!

Welcoming stay

Needed a place to get a good night’s sleep and this place was perfect! Had a wonderful time enjoying the inviting home and appreciative of the host’s hospitality and responsive communication. Definitely recommend this place!

Clean and safe

Fully stocked with linens and even a few snacks waiting for us at the end of a long day of driving. Beds were comfortable. The locked carport was a huge selling point as we were moving our son to college and felt totally comfortable leaving a packed car. Would definitely stay again, and a bonus that we could bring the dog too.
