Host was super nice! Left homemade carrot cake and a bottle of wine in the fridge for our arrival which was unexpected and very thoughtful. He communicated everything very well and it was such an easy process. House was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. Beautiful property

I couldn’t leave a review that does this property justice. It is a lovely place on a beautiful property. The host is so hospitable with wonderful treats and friendly service. Thank you Steve for a great stay.

A beautiful retreat for a few days of relaxation. Steve was super helpful. Highly recommend to all.

Relaxing and Delightful

An amazing weekend celebrating our daughters wedding was enhanced by a stay at this beautiful cottage. Our host Steve was very attentive to every little detail. And a big "Thank You!" for the home made carrot cake! Delicious. The surrounding property allowed for stunning photos of the bride and groom. We are so very appreciative of the space to prepare, as well as the little bit of extra time for check out the last day. Regrouping with family in the morning was more than what we could ever wish for. We look forward to rebooking this space.

The Cottage on the Grange is a Must Stay

The Cottage on the Grange is a beautifully restored 200 year old cottage on a much larger property. Every detail has been thought of, restored and appropriately modernized to make this a cozy stay where you will want for nothing. Modern bathroom downstairs, claw foot bathtub upstairs, all new appliances in the kitchen, great wifi, a front porch swing, and a stylishly decorated home will make it hard to leave. The cottage is sited back from the road nestled in the trees to give you maximum privacy and quiet. On the property you can kayak down the river to the bay, or play a game of pickleball. As a bonus, you can walk to the neighbor restaurant approximately 10 houses away for lunch or dinner. You are also a short drive away from Main Street/Post Road coffee, shopping and restaurants. It is only a matter of time before Steve becomes a Premier Host. Everything we needed was ready and available upon our arrival including life vests for kayaking, pickleball rackets, water, wine, coffee, and if you are lucky, maybe some fresh baked goods. Steve was responsive to questions, and even offered to help us move our bags into the home. It was hard to leave The Cottage on the Grange and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly Recommend!

Lori and her family were perfect guests. They are kind, great communicators, and left the house in perfect condition. We welcome them back anytime and consider yourself fortune if they come for a visit.
